I always ask for my receipt at this McDonalds because they always get my order wrong during day shift, I paid 6.54 for my meal and I watched the drive through person place my order in, and apparently she forgot to place my 2nd fry that I clearly requested in. And I found this out when I was at the 2nd window. I asked for my receipt at the first window and was told I’ll get it at the 2nd window which is very unprofessional. When I get to the 2nd window the guy hands me my drinks M sprite light ice and S sprite light ice. Both perfect, well he told me I needed to park because my M fry was being made fresh I said that’s fine but I would like my receipt please, he looked at me strange and said naw you get that in the bag, I said no I want my receipt right now, and here comes General Manager Tanya Lee “what” I repeated what I requested and with a loud attitude she said no you get that in the bag when you park on the side. That’s when my problem came into play, I said no I’m not leaving this line till I get my receipt “which shouldn’t have been an issue to begin with” so with a nasty attitude she asked what did I order. I’m trying to explain my order (and yes I know day shift is busy but lady you had enough time to give me my receipt and answer my questions) she’s talking over me looking up at the screen and starts getting loud and rude with me. So of course I’m now upset because not only didn’t she apologize she rudely speaks over me after asking me what my order was. I was able to tell her my order and she said you have 1 medium fry, I said no maam I paid for two fries. And she said while on my screen you got 1 fry. So we going back and forth because clearly I told the drive through person I wanted two fries. And she’s getting mad and yelling (everything is on camera) and I’m now mad and upset, she also got mad because I told her I will not be leaving that line without my receipt or my food (my 2nd M fry) she got upset offering me that fry but yelled that I would have to pay for it inside. By now because I’m very upset at the fact that yall can’t get our orders right and yall rush us when we order, at the window, & yall don’t allow us to check the bags before we drive off. Yall like to hide the fact that yall mess up just about every order and yall wanna beat a quota that’s never gone happen because yall too busy rushing and not paying attention to what’s being said to yall. Long story short she slams the window in my face several times yelling that im holding up the line yelling that she’s no longer gonna serve me and when I asked for her name she slammed the window in my Face Again. Well Ms Tanya Lee thank you for showing me that until you get removed I will no longer be coming to this place and I will be speaking with the owner. Because yes you called the police on me trying to kick me off the property as if I was in the wrong not realizing that one of your people messed up. And you had a terrible attitude because I wanted my receipt I wanted my order corrected and I wanted your first and last name. You knew that I was going to report you and you slammed the window which forced me to use my phone to knock on the window long enough to receive your attention. Not only did you not apologized you disrespectful started talking shit to me and showing your rude behavior to your employees. And you was talking shit about me when I walked in trying to get my money back. You tried to refuse my receipt that was mine not yours and you taunted me saying, “ well I guess you don’t want your refund receipt back” and when I walked back to the counter having to ask you twice for my refund receipt. With another tone you snickered and said no you can’t have it. Now Ms Lee I know you know that I know you broke several of McDonald Policy, and I’m sure I’m not the only person that complains about your lack of customer service and messed up orders under your (have a good day with a sneer type of attitude) lady I was just trying to get food after having a rough morning with my grandma who has dementia. Read morePersonally, they deserve a negative rating. Today makes day 11 that we have come to this exact McDonald's location, only to have 11 days of orders wrong. Literally! Order is always 2 meals with LG o.j. & 2 lg coffees 10/10. They get the drinks wrong 2 out of 3 days, they give wrong meals the other days, then we order, they repeat it pull up to get the food and they short us telling us we didn't get charged for said items and told us we had to go back thru the drive-thru and reorder (FYI: we are driving a 1500 Silverado pulling a 6'x12' enclosed utility trailer) this has happened 3x in these 11 days. Today was the winner tho, NOT! PICK UP OUR ORDER AND THEY GIVE US A DIET COKE AND COFFEE. (2 LG COFFEE 10/10 LG O.J. WAS ORDERED AND OUR USUAL #1 & #2) We return the pop they gave us our o.j. we had to ask for 2nd coffee and were told again we were not charged for it. She takes and runs my card again, says have a nice day. We knock on and tell them they forgot to give us our food. AGAIN THEY SAID YOU DIDN'T GET CHARGED FOR IT. THEY NOW CHARGE CARD THE 3RD TIME. WE GET OUR FOOD ( TOO QUICKLY I MIGHT ADD) WE GET FOOD FINALLY ONLY TO START TO PULL OUT AND FIND NO STRAW AND NO NAPKINS, SAY SCREW IT BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO DEAL WITH IT. Get 1 block from the restaurant start to eat and the sausage and cheese were cold and tasted like a leftover. Both of the hashbrowns are cold as well. I can tell you my dog had a good breakfast we on the other hand had our breakfast somewhere else and paid Doordash to deliver them. Worst experience in our lives. We have now decided to drive across town to get our breakfast at a completely different company, McDonald's was only 1/2 mile from us. I do not understand how this store has remained in business, not only can they not take, or make an order correctly they have horrible customer service to boot. During these 11 days they have not given anything free of charge or even attempted to rectify their errors in any professional manner being rude like we are inconveniencing them for wanting what we came for. I would never recommend coming here for anything more than for bathroom use (about the only decent thing they offer) walk, run, bicycle, plane, train, lawn mower or automobile, and pass them by......

There were SIX hash browns and 5 of them were so overcooked they were hard, crispy, nearly burnt all through to the middle....imagine he hardest parts of Krunchers potato chips, they were like that throughout. The one that wasn't burnt was stale. The sandwiches were cold. We couldn't get anyone on the phone that morning and weren't going back to the store immediately. I went to the store the restaurant the next morning to resolve the issue..... There was no staff at the lobby registers, there was an ill tempered woman at the window who was clearly overwhelmed by whatever situation is going on with the store. It was several minutes before I was even acknowledged, when she was able to address me she was dismissive, rude and would not replace the meal. She replaced 3 hash browns and chewed me out for not calling the day of the purchase. I tried to talk and was cut off. I intended to order additional food, but she didn't even ask if there was anything else I needed. After she angrily tossed the bag of (cold) hash browns at me she turned her back and walked away.
