Rally's — Restaurant in Jackson

when there on July 22 around 10 pm and let me tell yah the most horrible experience I ever had at a fast food place. the girl at window literally sat there on her phone texting didnt take my card till she got then she snatched it from me like I was a inconvenience that she had to do some actual work. She hands me my soda and it was a small and I was like I ordered a medium and she's like it is I know for a fact that this is a small I've gotten many medium drinks and never was they that small. they forgot my sauces had to pull around. When I was ordering there was 3 cars ahead of me and she pulled them all around and when I pulled back around to get my sauce That she forgot there was a car in front of me and she didn't pull them around how strange so I sat there for another 10 mins waiting for her to give sauces. When I pulled up there all laughing having a great time knowing how much time the screwed me on and it was just funny. Not. That place is a joke and trashiest rally I ever been to. You think the one in cape is bad hahahahaha go to Jackson one at night time and see how bad it is. I mean who even runs that store? do they really sleep good at night knowing they have trash employees taking care of the store at night? RALLYS IN JACKSON IS A TRASH STORE AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE TOMARROW AND EVERY DAY TILL THAT GIRL GETS FIRED. I PUT THAT ON EVERYTHING I LOVE WATCH AND SEE. I SPENT 18$ on 5 chicken strips and 2 small drinks that was supposed to medium. I never felt more ripped off in my life....

I’ve been a customer here at this one in Jackson for a long time I like the chicken box so today on 1/5/25 I come here order I ask the women is it happy hour she said she don’t she gotta ask the manager then she says no then she says yes so I order the chicken bite box and a drink so I pay for it then I’m told she gotta make it fresh okay that’s something I always deal with it waiting for my food here okay so I’m waiting and this worker come out in her pajamas and a white shirt or whatever and tell me they out of chicken bite boxes they forgot to tell and they also out of ranch now this place been this way for almost a year straight from the fry’s always cold to the bites always hard now can you plz handle this I’m tired of wasting money because it’s becoming just that I’m sorry not to cause problems but this place just is not running properly and she...

Where do I begin with this service. On a positive note the MOD (blonde hair man) was apologetic about my wait & the circumstances with the staff. With that being said it was a total disaster. Ordered a Fry’s lover XL fries completely dry, hard and burnt. Order two fish sandwiches as well with no tartar sauce they got that wrong. My spicy chicken sandwiches were the only things that were served to me for my liking. Whatever crew you had with that manager dispose of them with the size of my order the cashier gave me the wrong amount of change back. (I received more money than I should have crazy I know) I didn’t get a receipt with my food therefore this review was done to voice my concerns.
