I'm completely done with Sonic now. I ordered a BLT and the picture below is what I got. Outrageous. Hardly any lettuce, bacon, and mayo...and a single tomato slice. This location in particular is stingy with their ingredients for some reason. Not sure who is driving this but it needs to end. This location in particular is also stingy with sauces. Once again no cheese sauce for pretzels. I pushed the red button and waited a few minutes for someone to answer. Then waited about 6 more minutes before we actually got the sauce in hand. This place needs to do some serious hiring or change of management. Also, just to throw in a final complaint compared to other locations, the mints. I ordered food and drinks for 3 people and received a single mint. Yet another area that this location is very stingy with. Come on, do better. Again look at the pathetic BLT they gave me (final image).

EXTREMELY disappointed with my last visit. My wife and I ordered our food and waited for a lot longer than usual. We usually eat in our vehicle but decided to go home after waiting so long for the food. My large fry wasn't even close to being full (no they didn't fall out into the bag) and we paid for bacon to be added to one of the burgers...we barely got any bacon added. Look at the 2 tiny baby little bitty pieces in the picture, ridiculous. Also we ordered 2 pretzels, that come with cheese sauce, and added an extra cheese sauce, that we again paid for by the way, for my son. That's 3 sauces we should have got but no, we received 1 sauce. If this is the direction that this location is going we will not be back. Please see the pictures and train your employees better than this. Ashamed we drove all the way home to find missing and lacking items we paid for. Hope this location doesn't go the direction that subway in town is going because we used to love this sonic location.

Read moreOrdered a 5 piece chicken tender meal the other day. My large shake was half melted by time they brought the food out to me. Ok, well I didn't complain about that. I head home and I realize I didn't have all my chicken tenders. I have 2 small children and didn't want to have to go all the way back across town. So I call and let them know my order was messed up. The guy (I'm assuming some sort of manager) says on the phone they will replace my order. I go back today. And they girl is ringing it up. All of a sudden the guy gets on the speaker and is like "yeah, I'm not replacing all that.", in a very snobby tone. I pull around and the girl hands me a bag with just a few tenders in it and nothing else. I'm not even mad about the damn food, I couldn't care less at this point. What made me mad was, that I was told my meal would be replaced, and then when I ask for it the guy changes his mind, and then just the rudeness in his voice. I was already having a bad day, and then to be treated like that, just upset me even more. So sick of this Sonic, they just have bad service in general. Always forgetting your food, half melted ice cream, they never put fruit in the drinks when it's supposed to have it. And they take forever to bring your order. And for what? The prices of their food is already ridiculous. They need to train their employees better. And learn out to treat people with respect. I will not be returning to Jackson Sonic ever again. I'd give them zero...
Read moreI am beyond fed up with Jackson Sonic. I have been craving their food for a month now and have went multiple times and they have either messed my order up, forgot items (THAT COME WITH THE FOOD I ORDERED) and today was the icing on the cake. I ordered the BLT with NO tomato (idc if that’s weird, that’s what I like) and they literally put tomatoes on and must’ve taken them off because I got home and took a bite and saw tomato juice and a seed and it tasted like tomato. Now what if I would’ve been allergic to tomatoes? I am fed up. I’ll make the drive to the Cape Girardeau location from now on. This is HORRIBLE service.
