We had Seb’s Shaved Ice at our 4-year-old’s birthday party, and I can’t say enough good things about them! From start to finish, the service was absolutely superior—professional, on time, and so friendly. The team went above and beyond to make the day special, greeting every child with a smile and making them feel excited to pick their flavors.

The selection of flavors was fantastic—fun, vibrant, and delicious. The kids (and the adults!) couldn’t get enough, and it truly added such a fun, interactive element to the party. Everything was served quickly and neatly, so even with excited little ones, it was stress-free for the parents.

Seb’s Shaved Ice is not just a treat, it’s an experience. Their setup is clean, eye-catching, and perfect for events. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and love what they do. I would 100% recommend them for any gathering—birthday parties, school events, community celebrations—because they bring joy, flavor, and top-notch service every single time.

Quite arguably the most quintessential shaved ice dispenser in the tri-county area. If I had to give the essence of the splendid treasures this establishment calls shaved ice, it would be scrumtrelecent (a word of which must be made up due to the fact no know word would do it justice). To say the flavors are life changing would be such an understatement. What flavors are good? ALL OF THEM!!!! Add cheesecake flavor to anything and BAM! delicious! I absolutely love this place! I have dietary restrictions and they are always so quick to make sure that snowcone flavors are safe for me even when they are crazy busy. This place really values their customers and wants them to have a great experience! flavors are always delicious and unique. Not to mention, these aren’t normal snowcones with that awkward crunchy ice that has no flavor on top because it also goes through to the bottom, the flavor is throughout and somehow they make ice taste creamy...
