Horrible. Never has order right always seems to have new cargos that are in need of better training. So far.. I haven't gotten a single order without having some sort of problem with it, whether it's wrong or it's not even brought out to me. Whether it's nothing brought out or only some of what's brought out. Even when you mention it their mistakes, I've even then still had problems with my order after they try making it right from the first time. I'm not one to complain about a place of fast food, you can check my reviews account.... But I'm not one to make just any review of a place either. I try to be specific and have known a place pretty well before making a review. Because I'd like for my reviews to be an experienced person with what I'm talking about, and not just someone promoting or slandering someone's business for my own personal gain, or notoriety through Google's review program. This place is horrible though. Honestly. If someone disagrees then it must be I just have bad luck with this place, EVERY. time. I go there.... doubt that very much though. The manager, & trainers need to be replaced.... or at least RE-trained...

Plenty of parking, has a drive thru and a table to sit for dine in service outside. No long wait time. The prices are higher than Burger King and McDonald's. I go when something advertises on tv that peaks my interest. I am not a fan of $5 shakes, but my kids enjoy the trip. The food isn't that good, no seasoning used. I ordered 2 philly cheesesteak coneys, they used cheese sauce instead of real cheese. The cheese sauce was stuck to the sandwich wrapper, none was on the money when I pulled it from the wrapping. There were 4 cold tots on top of the meat. One coney had jalapeno peppers on it, they were extremely hot. I couldn't finish the sandwich. The meat had no flavor as well. They should've added bacon to it. I ordered the cookie dough sundae as well, my kids loved it. I didn't like it, the ice cream was smooth like the melted ice cream then froze it again. I was disgusted, that was a wasted of nearly $4. The cookie dough...

I placed an order through GrubHub for 2 footlong chili cheese coneydogs: one with onions and jalapeños, one with pickles and tomatoes (because I am highly allergic to onions!) ; 1 order of onion rings, 1 order of tatertots; 2 route 44 diet cherry limeade (because we are diabetics). Neither hotdog had any chili on them and there wasn't enough cheese to say that it had cheese; both were covered in onions and jalapeños with no pickles and tomatoes, which means I can't eat any of it. Both drinks are regular and not diet, so we can't have them. The only thing I can have is the taters. Thank you for my dinner of medium cold tatertots!
