Waffle House — Restaurant in Jackson

This night was actually packed but slow for the order ins. Multiple cooks and waitress. We stood there up next to order but off side of the cash register so that people could cash out who where actually leaving(being courteous) plus there where people behind us waiting to order as well.. The lady walks up and takes the order of a guy who had just walked in, then looks and ask if we ordered... uhh no... she the proceeds to say to hold of so that they can get all there call in orders ouy(no problem since we had been waiting already 20 or so minutes just standing there IN YOUR FACE). A white waitress comes up and go to take the order of the white couple behind us(who we had done some small talking with in killing time).. I'm so glad the couple had integrity in that moment and redirected the waitress to us. The waitress looks and says "oh yall havent ordered"🤷🏽‍♀️. The food was cooked and seasoned well. We may have spent 45 minutes from the time we entered to leaving out without dining in. If they can get organized , things may flow...

If I could put no stars I would. This is the worst Waffle House I have ever been to. The servers acted like they didn’t want to wait on you. Remember this: If you chose to work in a place dealing with the public then have a better attitude. The money that customers spend GIVES YOU A PAYCHECK! If you don’t like your job then find another one. People don’t deserve to come to a well known establishment to be disrespected by the staff, that gives the company a bad name. You walk in and 5 people working turn and look at you say nothing then 20 mins later as you stand at register nobody says nothing then as 5 more people walk in they say we are not taking anymore orders right now no customer service so expect to get upset about that and then only if they feel like taking your order then they will and if they don't mostly to over night they will go out take 30 min break then come back to take your order and get mad at you cause they have to do there job and I leave 15 dollar tip Everytime and still no motivation to take my order if you go here have pateints always over night shift and it's not 5he cook every...
