Wow! This place is great. I've been anxiously awaiting the opportunity to try them out. Work took me to Jax Beach, and we made the stop. Open the door and we were greeted by very friendly staff. The smell of freshly baked goods is almost overwhelming. Case after case of freshly baked donuts, cookies, cakes, cupcakes. I tried an apple fritter and a chocolate glazed donut. Both were fresh and tasty. The service was friendly and quick. They also have a breakfast and sandwich menu, but I was there for donuts. They were busy but handled it well. I will definitely be back for more! Update: Stopped by again today and tried a blueberry donut and a creme filled donut. Both were amazing! Warning, I'm pretty sure the creme filled donut covered a couple days worth of calories. It was worth every bite!

If you haven't experienced Cinotti's before than you are in for a treat! They positively have the best Carrot cake and Eclairs in town!!! They also make wonderful loaves of bread that can be sliced Texas Toast thick upon request. Their bread as Texas Toast makes the best French toast due to it's wonderful texture! It's also great for sandwiches too! I have yet to be disappointed by anything yet. The prices aren't cheap, but are a excellent value for the quality you receive. Especially their cakes!!! Worth every penny!!! Guys keep up the good work! June Bought the German Chocolate Cake today and it's AMAZING! Here's pictures of the cake and bread. June

This review is based not only on service but on their lack of product and Quality changes. I have been going them since I was a little girl with my parents and now I’m an adult I have been shopping with them for years. On my last visit I was very shocked because the employees were not knowledgeable on their product they had some new things that I had questions about as I hadn’t been there in a little while and no one knew the answers they did not know what their bakery items consisted of such as I wanted to confirm that their cheese pockets still had cream cheese and not pot cheese which is a cheaper hard cheese and then I had some questions about you are items that they’ve never had before and the girl had to keep asking a couple of other ladies who were just shrugging their shoulders. Made me wonder if the business had New owners or new management and the employees were not particularly friendly I felt like I was bothering them. I am well dressed not that it matters and I spent $52 on about nine pastries which is quite ridiculous. I had gone in there for donuts but due to the fact that they have changed their hours which was another shock to me as they used to close at 5:30 and another reason I haven’t been there in a while as it’s inconvenient to close at 3 o’clock as a lot of people need to come later they had no inventory or I would’ve purchased more as I wanted donuts and they only had the unwanted donuts such as plain and Keylime. Or a place that is so popular they should know their inventory and make more of what they sell which they used to do even when you came at 5:30 they would still have some of the blueberry chocolate and red velvet donuts and they would even have some of the seasonal flavors and while they wouldn’t be plentiful they would have some. What made things worse is when I got home and we were eating our pastries we found that the cheese pockets were missing cheesr. It isn’t a very delicious cheese pocket when it’s only pastry and no cheese. We also used to love their pitas and when the girl gave them to me and I took them I realized when I got home they had already started to split so I could not use one in the trash they went. They also didn’t have that soft pita and fresh pita quality that they used to offer as their Pinos were always the best. It’s also quite an expensive mistake for the person purchasing it. I spent a lot of money or some unsatisfying products and products I couldn’t use or give to my family. It seems quality control has gone down and the knowledge of their staff has gone down so I’m not sure I’ll be back as there are a lot of bakeries now in town and a lot of good donut places. If they read this they need to either train their staff or re-educate the people making and find their old recipes or if they’re trying to cut to make more profit they’re going to end up losing customers in the end which will just reduce profit by having a loss. This is a very disappointing experience that I don’t ever...

Visited this bakery yesterday afternoon since I’m not normally in this area. I thought to stop after remembering former colleagues mention such great things about their food. It’s unfortunate, that their service is misaligned. Upon walking up to the entrance of the bakery, I was met with an older woman who I see is named Janet from other reviews. She insisted that I go to the back of the line of other customers who had arrived after I did. I explained to her more than once that I was in the appropriate place yet she kept insisting otherwise. It wasn’t until another customer told her that I was there before them that she stopped. Once inside, I told her, “Well, that didn’t feel good”, to which she responded saying that she’s not a rude person and to feel free to report her. No apology, no acknowledgment. I explained that it wasn’t my intention to report her, it’s my intention to communicate that this experience, with respect to welcoming people that come to patronize this establishment could be better as well as note to her my several efforts to communicate that I was not “skipping ahead” of anyone.

I contemplated long before writing this review and even made an attempt to call the bakery. However, there’s an automatic message essentially saying they are too busy to answer the phone and suggests that callers send them an e-mail instead. Looking at other reviews on both Google and Yelp, this isn’t the first time prospective customers of color have had this experience. I will...

My husband and I just went here for the first time since this place was recommended to us. I personally was extremely disappointed with the experience. We walked into abundance of donuts, sweets, and customers, and at first glance everything seemed inviting. However, after trying to find what we would like to order we soon discovered there was absolutely 0 information provided to the customers. I asked where I could find names and prices for the pasteries and was told that they do not show names and prices and have not done it in the past 3 years. WHAT?!!! HOW WOULD I KNOW WHAT TO GET IN MY VERY FIRST VISIT? But the girl was nice and offered to provide me info if I needed. I asked her about a couple items that were close by and was given the name and price. I also was interested in their breads, and since there is no price sheet or price tags, I asked the girl to provide me some info on that as well on which she answered its $3 with some change. And at that point it was my last drop, I just wanted to leave. This business is either very lazy to provide information to their new customers, and they dont care if they struggle and never come back or is being very deceitful by changing their prices on a daily basis that even their own employees cant remember the prices either. We got what the lady called a honey bun, and my husband said it was good. I however, after living in Europe and also trying deserts in NY and NJ didnt find this place as amazing as the...
