Purchased a ham and pecan pie on 11/25/24 for Thanksgiving. I did not open the pie. The ham was visible thru the wrap. Stored both as instructed til Thanksgiving morning. The ham was fine but when I opened the $18.00 pie, there was no cellophane covering which was supposed to be removed and there was pie filling all over the inside of box,leaving the top of pie with big gashes in it....Gross! Even worse, I have contacted customer service twice but have received no response in almost 3 weeks. Gave them 2 stars only because the ham was good. Beware!
