I’d like to describe an experience that I had at the CFA @ Marsh Landing Pkwy. It occurred earlier in the week, and despite my history of reviews, I take no pleasure in giving bad feedback. Plus, I wanted to make sure that my review wasn’t based on the heat of the moment; that I had a few days to think about it. My order is always the same: Spicy CFA Sandwich; extra pickles; two sides of Ranch; & a cup of ice. I place the order using the app, then walk inside to pick it up. I got my order, as usual, drove to my apartment to eat, and realized that there were no pickles at all. A huge mistake? No. However, the order was far too simple to forget anything. I returned and was asked by someone if all was ok, and I said that I might need a manager. They said that I had one, referring to themselves (no name was provided, and either way, I would not state it for this purpose). I was provided with a new bag, but at this point, I barely had time to go home and eat. But it would work. I get to my home for a second time and along with the sandwich was a brownie (something I don’t like and would’ve preferred something else had I been given an option, but I didn’t expect anything extra). That’s it. No Ranch. It would be redundant to say anymore than I ran out of break time and ended up not eating lunch that day. I say this in all of my restaurant reviews: I worked for/managed restaurants until I completed my degree, thus I have enormous compassion for the thanklessness of the job. I don’t utter an unkind word unless an experience really affects me. I have no agenda in writing this, and it seems to me that I ought to post more of my exemplary experiences in order to not be branded someone who only gives out poor feedback. I’m very sorry to be composing this and was hoping that I’d be able to talk myself out of it. With prices steadily increasing and customer service steadily decreasing, everywhere, one must wonder whether there is an inevitable “tipping point,”...
Read moreI was given rude service by what I think was one of the managers, as I go there very often and have never seem to have a problem, until today. Us customers don't know that you cant see what we've redeemed off rewards when the APP says "scan at restaurant" so like anyone else, we think you know, but I didn't deserve any kind of snarky attitude. so I let it go... THEN the inside playground, from what we heard was closed for "3 minutes" to let the strong sanitizer air out...understandable, so we purchased ice cream and chilled. THEN after 10 min we decided to go in... still a strong smell, but told the kids 5 min only (because of the smell).... until ATTITUDE MAJOR came running over to shout that it was closed...which the sign said "until 5:45"... this was a 2:30 lunch. SO honestly what needed to happen was communication within the staff. I know it's just a playground but kids live for that. I get people have bad days but I'm getting out of the office from my stress zone to enjoy a nice lunch with my family and not to be treated poorly. I am very disappointed but I will not rate anything lower than a 5 for chikfila just because of one woman. BUT I hope this...
Read moreGood here, buy used to be better. There was no survey with my receipt, so I'll share my experience here.
I called Sherri to see how long it would take to get for a tray for work. She said 10 minutes, so I called back and ordered...and was on my way to work. It ended up taking over 20 minutes.... I would not have ordered if I knew. I would have done Panera Bread.
Then, I asked for plates and she criticized that the minis are pretty small for the plates. Shoot, I don't know what to tell you, but my coworkers probably don't want to eat off a napkin at the conference table!
Then, she asked what sauces I want, so I suggested 5 of each (barbecue, chick-fil-a, etc.). She suggested that no one would want savory sauces for a breakfast item. I've ordered many trays, and my team normally likes the sauces, but I agreed that okay, 4 would be sufficient. When I got there, she again said no one uses savory sauces for breakfast items, and said she couldn't give me 3, as if I'd asked for 3, when she previously agreed to 4! It's silly, but I wish she would have told me before I paid.
I won't be catering with this Chick-fil-a again soon. ...
