I didn't think they would actually be open on a holiday but they were but because of this so many people had the same idea and the line was tremendously long. Upon arrival I noticed it was 1 way in once you're in line there's no way to bail you just have to wait. There were some people taking orders on tablets which I don't think helped because again you have to wait for the car in front of you to be served. The girl that assisted me didn't seem to be in too high a spirit and since it was my first time I was hoping for a little interaction or explanation of how things worked but I just proceeded with a drink I saw online. There was this one guy who kept literally running back and forth to cars and inside I suppose he was also making the drinks? Idk but he made me anxious. I thought i maybe saw a walk up window but I couldn't really tell and wasn't that interested as the parking backs up into the drive thru line. Then the girl who helped was rude(pink color blonde shirt) no hello no nothing but ehat do you want. We asked several questions since out of several flavors for energy drinks according to her. She stated no answer at all. Just stared at me like I was an issue. I started saying flavors and I got a "sure". We travel 30. Mins each way every Sunday for a treat and services have been going down hill over the last month. We like your drinks but recently not your service and tjat will turn us away quick. Read moreThe first several months this location had amazing service and good drinks most of the time. But the last 2-3 weeks have been terrible. Employees seem to no longer care about quality or customer service. Had to get a drink remade because it was too sweet- the remake was sweeter than the first. And trying to contact management is a joke. The phone number on google rings to a corporate call center, which takes forever for anyone to answer. I don’t normally post negative reviews. I’m only posting this one now in hopes that management will reach out. Because there seems to be no other way to contact them.
