If i could give zero stars i most definitely would the service was poor and when trying to use my voucher i felt like i was being interrogated. You earn them through your purchases you make, so the fact of it doesn't matter how much my voucher is its on my account and email. Proof was shown of that but because they dont want you to really use them for expensive purchases you look like a suspect, i am very highly upset going into this location the store Manager had an i dont care attitude, and having to be taken back all the way to framing where the lady named ROBIN just to try and attempt to make the purchase was ridiculous. Secretly writting down stuff how do i know your not trying to use my voucher for yourself 😒and not trying to handle the situation at hand i am very unsatisfied, i will be calling. No one was hurt or harmed but as a loyal Michael's shopper just trying to make a purchase for a gift for my mom should not be that difficult. If you want better service go to orange park michaels it's way better, this store needs better employee's and service because it was horrible. Read moreMichaels is typically well stocked and appointed as well as clean, it does seem to be a bit understaffed but the staff is typically helpful and nice when you do speak with someone. The reason for the low review is the framing department. I placed an almost $700.00 custom framing order for three pieces of artwork. After spending some time with an especially helpful associate choosing my framing options I paid for the order left my artwork and the mailing tube it came in and was told to come back in two weeks.
Now there was nothing too complex about the framing and the largest piece was 18 x 24 so two weeks should have been more than enough time. When I returned there was something of an issue finding my order, this was because in two weeks not a single thing was done other than to sandwich my artwork between two pieces of cardboard and throw away the tube I brought it in. I was told that they would "probably" have my order finished tomorrow. As I dislike paying to have my time wasted and I absolutely don't want someone doing in a day what should apparently take two weeks to finish. I politely declined, asked for a refund and received it.
I still have to get everything framed but I will instead go to an art gallery and get it done, you may have a different experience but I personally will never use their...
Read moreWent to buy the cricut maker a few days ago with several different colors of vinyl and transfer tape and when I asked a couple questions about the machine they had no clue on the questions so I asked the cashier about why they didn't know the questions she stated to me that she only makes $10 an hour so she doesn't think that she has to know much about what they sell. Today I wanted to use the maker so I opened a couple color vinyl and the transfer tape and realized that the transfer tape was cut in several places and pieces were missing from the transfer tape. I packed the transfer tape back up and brought it back to where I purchased it from. The first gentleman was very nice and said for me to get another one to replace it, which I did but couldn't find it on the shelf so I asked an associate if she could find it for me. She found another guy who had the transfer tape in his hands while holding his pants up and he went and found it but acted like I was lying to them about the whole situation.
