There are three reasons for my low review: poor quality, slow service, and poor customer service. 1) Not only did it take a long time for them to complete the order, returning part of my purchase took an hour. 2) The quality was horrendous. My documents were extremely pixelated which has never happened at any other Staples and I've been using them for my product for 2 years. I have also completed the work myself without any pixelation. 3) When I expressed my disappointment with the product I was met with excuses and told it was my original work (not their work) which was the problem. I decided that I would not given them a second chance due to their avoidance of responsibility as well as the worker's comment "I cannot fix it while you are staring at me" (I am a millennial and was looking at my phone not the worker... and I didn't ask because the work was that shoddy). When the manager finally came over he avoided eye contact and acted like I didn't exist despite my attempt to communicate to him why I was disappointed. The worker had returned things incorrectly by only returning 16 documents when I returned 23 (two separate documents). When I told her the mistake she fought with me despite counting the pages prior to starting. When I told him she blamed me saying I didn't have the original receipt while literally holding a receipt. Again, he listened to the worker and rarely looked or spoke to me. Despite being calm and just expressing that I didn't appreciate being blamed for poor workmanship by the company I was treated like I didn't matter. Maybe they are more responsive to irate women. The sad part is I was ready to be done after 5 mins but was held hostage by this worker for another 45mins...
Long story short... don't print "fancy" documents here... you will waste your life...
Read moreWe bought online/store pick up, and drove 20 minutes to get our order after we received a message that our order was complete and ready for p/u. Once home, we realized that only one of the items were in the bag and the other was marked unavailable which wasn't mentioned at the store. I called the mgr, and he was rude when I asked why they didn't tell us the order was incomplete. He said that's the way their system works, and I should have gotten an email asking if I wanted to complete the order or cancel it. When I told him it didn't happen, and he could at least apologize for the inconvenience, he said no because that was the way the system worked. No acknowledgement/apology for the inconvenience or that the system didn't work the way he thinks it does. I told him that I would order from Amazon next time if he couldn't even apologize and he said fine he couldn't stop me from shopping wherever I wanted. A simple 'sorry' and 'we'll pull the other part of the order' would have worked, but now they've lost me as a customer for home...
Read moreWent to store to get papers scanned, and e-mailed. I had never done this before. The worker working in that department helped me start the process. However, since I did not have my glasses with me I could not key in my e-mail address. I asked that worker if she could do it for me. Her reply was that she was too busy, and couldn't help me. I then remembered that I had my glasses in the car. Got my glasses, and continued the process. When the workers immediate supervisor came over I complained about the worker who I encountered. The worker then lied to the supervisor that she did not do what she did, and sarcastically dared me to contact any one to complain to. Even giving me her staples business card with her name on it. This happened...
