This is the 3rd time I've tried to come here to get some chicken, and the 3rd time I'm leaving with nothing. Looked in the store as I drove up and saw a couple of employees standing around and no customers inside. Went to the drive thru and was told "I'll be with you shortly". 8 minutes later still nobody asking for my order, so I left. I guess they only had 1 person actually working and the rest standing around. The other 2 times I came here, I tried to order their wing dinner and was told they were out of wings. That's 3 strikes and you're out. I went to Sam's Southern Eatery and got my wings. I won't go back to Bojangles. It's No-Go-Bo Time! Okay, I was lazy today and didn't want to drive across town for chicken, so I stopped here at Bojangles again. Still a mistake to come here. Slow is the best I can say for it. The drive thru was backed up into the street, so I went inside. There was me and two others waiting. 15 minutes later I had my food and was walking out the door. The guy behind the counter was walking around muttering "to many people, to many people". There was a total of five people inside. If he gets that frazzled with five people in the store, he needs to find a new place to work. That was only for orders, two people were together, the other three were separate. Anyway, this is not a place to go if you need to get something and go. You would be better off...
Read moreThis place is an absolute joke. They pick and choose whenever they wish to open. Lately, I have been 2 separate mornings they are "supposed" to be open and no sign is up with new hours, no hours changed on Google, and even though workers are inside; They won't tell you thru the drive thru that they're not open yet (despite 2 cars pulling up, waiting to order). They only have 1 drive thru line and can't even keep track of the simplest of orders when they DO decide to open too. I ordered 1 breakfast biscuit, they charged my card over $10 bucks for the vehicle behind me. Had to repeat my order and wait an additional 5 minutes for one worker to talk to another worker, find a manager and get a cash refund for them OVERCHARGING my card (thankfully, I don't have to worry about overdrafting, but what about someone else that could be short on money???)... And after such a headache, they charged my card a 2nd time for my original order. Like... Maybe just give the biscuit for free since you already overcharged my card to begin with. Whomever the franchisee is— they oughta SERIOUSLY come in and retrain management, build morale, and focus on these employees working the drive thru and their customer service skills. Cause they are always in bad moods or making mistakes. It gets a lil old after awhile. (Dine-in customer service might be better, but I am totally unsure as I've only ordered in the...

The drive through person didn’t say anything or respond for about 5 mins all the while the rain is pouring into my open window as I wait form any kind of communication until I decided to just go into the store. I asked the manager who was at the front kiosk if the drive through is working he turns and asks “Tez” who I guess you can say is working the drive through seemed as he seemed more interested in being on his phone “hey is everything ok customer says they were waiting for 5 mins with no answer” this child’s response is “they can go home” he then continued to make his empty threats until the manager had to make him go into the back because he could not control himself or show an ounce of professionalism. I been coming to this Bojangles since I was in high school and it was always because of the friendly staff won’t be coming back for the “mad at the world attitudes” of their...
