First off, we ordered around 5:30 pm. We ordered 2 general tso combo dinner plates, one with pork fried rice and one with white rice as well as an order of chicken wings. The employee who took the order confirmed all 3 items with us before hanging up. Nearly 2 hours later, only 1 general two combo with white rice and the order of wings was delivered. After opening our food and discovering this, we called. We asked the employee who answered this time what had happened. She said they would bring another general tso combo with pork fried rice to correct our order. After about another hour, a delivery driver shows up with chicken wings and the general tso combo. He proceeds to give us the chicken wings and tells us it will cost additional for the general tso combo. We did not ask for a 2nd order of chicken wings so we tried to explain that to him but he kept rambling on about how we only ordered one general tso combo the first time we called. After multiple times of telling him the issue we just told him to keep the food. So after 3 plus hours of still not getting the correct food we called for a refund and were told that we could not have one because we ate the food. Said I would wait my daughter really wants the chicken. Waited in my car another 20 min went to check they said still waiting on lomein. Waited another 10 min went back was told it would be another fine mins. When I went to leave the lady who claims to be the manager says or ill just cancel your order. And begins to yell at me because of my attitude. I never was negative actually never said anything other than ok. I ask her is she serious she says yes. Had you ordered over the phone I would have gotten your order ordering online i don't always see it. (How is that the customers fault?). I order from here almost monthly online line never had a problem. She continues to say you have had an attitude everytime you come in here im canceling your order. She yelling at the top of her lungs not letting me speak. Very poor customer service. Now I have to go somewhere else to get my food that I should have had a half an hour ago. No apology nothing. I see on the reviews that the same thing happened to someone else A MONTH AGO and we got this menu LAST WEEK. Not only that, but my card was charged a couple of dollars more than what my receipt even says before they added the tip. It seems like they are doing this on purpose. The people answering the phone made it seem like this is super common issue but they are still passing the menu out. He stated he avoids putting the menu in the bags for this exact reason. Why they haven’t pulled all of the menus yet or at least added a note clarifying that prices have changed is beyond me. Not only that but the honey chicken is just sweet and sour chicken with honey dipping sauce. Both me and my coworker got sick after eating the food. The guy who answered the phone gave the owners phone number to us who was no help and only wanted to offer 10% off of a next purchase and when I said there isn’t going to be another purchase, she hung up.
