On Sunday, Dec. 1st I ordered 3 entrees online; the brisket platter, a pulled pork sandwich, and chicken tenders. My brother went and picked up the order. Luckily we only live 2 miles away.. Because when we opened the food containers the quality of each entree was pretty bad.. The brisket looked very dry, the pulled pork looked on the old side, and the chicken tenders were very small and hard as a rock.. So hard that I could knock them on the table and freestyle rap to the beat.. My brother and fiance ended up trying to eat their entrees because they both had to leave for work and wouldn't have had time to drive back.. but the chicken was so bad that I did drive back to the restaurant. The cashier at the window was kind and willing to help get them remade when I showed her the order of chicken. This review is not a reflection of her service, it's about the abysmal quality of the food. As she walked back to the kitchen and showed the crew, I heard them laugh at their own food. Obviously, they knew they were funny looking and way under par. She came back a few moments later with a new box of tenders. She apologized and I grabbed the box and thanked her. When I got back to my truck and looked, I could tell that they were only slightly bigger than the first batch.. When I got home and looked closer, the quality was just as bad. I tried to rip one of the tenders apart and it was like trying to rip a piece of leather.. Frustrated, and hungry, I tried to go ahead and eat them as I had already driven all the way back and didn't want to a 3rd time, but it was like chewing on a leather boot fired in wall plaster. I took pictures and a video of the food if a manager wants to reach out.. In the end, I could not eat them. The order totaled almost $70.. That's a lot of money for the quality that we got. Read moreNot a good experience tonight. I did as I usually do and called in an order. I arrive and there's a long line as usual. I called the place to let them know I'm there-which I usually do and normally ask for a beer to be brought outside to me. I tip well for this "Service". Didn't make it to that point tonight as the girl that answered the phone acted like she could care less as she said, "OK" and hung up on me after I said I guess I'll cancel my order. That's great for your business's revenue!
Instead I'm told I need to wait in line. I was not satisfied with this answer as it seems to be a new rule. I obviously don't want to wait in the line which is why I called it in and by the time I wait in line my food will be cold that I had ordered 30 minutes earlier by that time.
So I called back and talked to the so called manager Andrew an explained to him my thoughts and previous experiences allowed me to assume my thought process he acted like he didn't care about me calling the corporate office after his failure to resolve such a simple task, he said, "We're a franchise and they won't say anything to me!" And then he promptly hung up on me. Way to treat customer that has been coming there once a week for the past 5 months since moving to the area.
If anyone cares at the "Franchise" please respond with an appropriate response to this. Otherwise, I have other ideas. I'm also sending this to Bono's corporate office just in case you don't care as Andrew suggested.
If you don't respond-please at least get rid of the "Child" that you have as a manager.

Read moreThis location has become so hit or miss it is ridiculous. If it isn't the wing size or quality, they are skimping on the toppings but charging you more. We ordered two BBQ turkey salads and 10 wings tossed in buffalo and spicey sauces. The receipt reflected our order, but the order we received was not what we have come to expect from Bono's. The turkey was diced into very small pieces and less than a fourth of the serving size we have come to expect as customers of this location. The wings we received had ZERO sauce as requested and reflected on our receipt.
Spoke with Jay to see how he could accommodate us for completely screwing up our order. Jay showed no empathy for our situation and was unapologetic for the poor service and poor quality of food we received. It is 7:15 in the evening and our kids are hungry and the only resolution he had for me and my family was to drive back to Bono's let them see how they messed up our order so we could wait another 20 minutes for them to make our order over again. It is now 7:55 and we are still waiting for the order to be remade...It will be 8:30 before I am able to get my family fed, and later than that before our kids can get a bath and in bed for the night. Itis just horrible the lack of customer service demonstrated by Jay and this location the last few times we have tried to give it another shot. At this point - I won't be going back ever. Use to be a place we ate at once or twice a week...NO MORE!
We will spend our hard earned money else where moving...
