Low quality hibachi . Chicken steak and shrimp was tough, and cooked improperly.

Hibachi should melts in your mouth, (pause).

If they're using butter it has to be low grade because the taste of everything is completely off.

Properly prepared hibachi doesn't need to be drowned and sauce. All of the flavor comes from the process of cooking.

Yet this meal was bland

And the main flavor is uncleaned grill. The char has to be cleaned inbetween meals

The fried rice was not fried. Just soaked in soy sauce and other liquids. No taste of garlic, ginger or sesame

The food would be a 2.5 out of 5, I'm grateful I had a meal. However, on the hibachi scale, it's definitely a 1/5.

I called to place a pick up order. The menu wasn’t pulling up on my phone right away. So when they picked up the phone, I had ONE question about a roll. The lady who I spoke to was short and told me to call back when I was ready. I was ready to order and she kept telling me to hold on and was talking to the other employees. So I am patiently waiting.
