Burger King — Restaurant in Jacksonville

They might as well close it down. I don’t even know where to begin w/ this place. I wish there was an option to give them no stars. I thought it would be convenient since it was about 2 miles from my house but my few experiences there have been horrible. The food tastes off whenever I DO get the chance to order and for whatever reason, they close early w/ no notice. Plus the customer service is just terrible. I’ll wait in the drive thru for a good 5 minutes, then I pull around and either see someone standing there looking dumbfounded or if someone does come to the window, they claim that they’re closed when it says that this location closes at 10. What a waste of time. My last two experiences w/ them not coming to the speaker was my last time trying with them. They pretty much get paid to steal time. Visit 1: Told counter they were out of lids for drinks and ketchup dispenser was empty. Without a word, counter employee walks to cup area and pulls lids from WAY in the back where no one could see them. Says nothing about ketchup dispenser. I ask for ketchup packets. Visit 2: Drive thru. Order coffee. Told out of coffee. Visit 3: Drive-thru: Ordered a filet of fish. Told to pull to window. At window, told there is no fish. At the window! Went in to discuss. Was not offered any compensation (example: free meal/gift certificate) was given excuse about forgetting to inform employees that they were out of fish. smh Visit 4: In line at drive-thru with only one car ahead. If I could leave zero stars I would. First they just had me sitting at the drive thru window for ten minutes without saying a thing, causing a line to spill all the way into the auto zone parking lot. Forcing me to go inside to place my order, no one’s at the drive thru window, the girl’s headset wasn’t even on to listen to orders. Literally the black guy with the dreads in there who makes the sandwiches moves slow as hell, with no regard to any lines. It took me 45 minutes just to get a 4pc bigger kids meal. If this was a one time thing i wouldn’t complain, but it’s EVERY SINGLE TIME! Whether there’s a line or not please don’t expect to spend less than 20 minutes here for a takeout order.
