Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Franchisees Jason and Amy should hire a babysitter asap to keep an eye on the staff. I got an email saying my order was ready. When I got there I entered the code to open the slot where my order was supposed to be only the slot was empty. Nobody around up front. Meanwhile I can hear kids yelling back and forth at each other in the back, a lot of profanity being used, loud voices etc. So I have to yell to get anybody's attention. One kid looks around the corner then disappears. A few minutes later a different kid comes out and stares at me. I say "Hello. I received an email that my order was ready and there's nothing in the bin." Kid looks at me like I was speaking Chinese and retreats to the back. Five minutes later kid comes back with my order, doesn't say a word and returns to the back, where I now hear loud laughing and more swear words. Get home with the pizza, open the box and it looks as if someone had literally turned the box upside down with the pizza in it and threw it on the floor before they handed it to me. This was my first time trying this location and I should have checked the reviews first. Based on this experience, I won't be going back and I would encourage others to avoid it. Jason? ...

Based on my experience I would normally rate them 1 star but the people were at least very nice and straight forward. This place must be either understaffed or barely trained. Started out doing a walk-in for just two classic $5 hot n ready pizzas. Easy right? I was thinking I just show up, pay, and walk out. However, I walked inside and no one was attending the front and handling only the drive thru. Another lady walked in and basically stepped in front of me so I just decided to go to the drive thru. Got in line in the drive thru and it's about 4 cars deep. Took about 10 minutes roughly to get to the window. Once at the window I starred at them for about one minute before they even walked up. Once she did walk up she asked what I would like and I said my order and she said it would be about a 30-40 minute wait! No one goes to little caesars for a 40 minute wait for what we all know is cardboard pizza that tastes descent. So I said no thank you and went to burger king. Which was...

Absolutely THE WORST customer service I’ve seen in my 54 years of existence! First they get the order wrong. I asked for extra cheese, NO SAUCE. My pizza comes out with regular portions of cheese. The manager comes up, says I wasn’t charged for extra cheese, so I had to pay $1.61 for extra cheese on the remake, ok cool no problem. NEW pizza comes out and it has extra cheese WITH SAUCE!!! I take it back and the manager starts to lecture me about wasted product and how much food they had to throw away like it’s my fault. I said why are u telling me that, YOU guys are wasting the product because YOU are making the pizzas incorrectly. She making it seem like it’s my fault and that’s exactly what I told her. So I asked for a refund. Originally, with the tip and extra cheese it was a total of $17.66 They only gave me back $16.05. Will never ever come back to this place ever again.
