To start things off I will say that prior to this experience I had visited this restaurant at least twice and the food was never anything spectacular, only close to my home. On my latest visit however, as soon as I walk in I’m greeted by the sound of the cashier yelling hysterically at a customer because there was some confusion about her order. The customer was very patient with the male cashier but one can only take so much of someone screaming in their face. After about five minutes I figured I’d better just have a seat because I knew this wouldn’t be over any time soon. The cashier finally decided to start ignoring the woman and rudely waved me up to the counter to take my order which placed me in the middle of a very awkward situation during a very vulnerable time ( I’m noticeably pregnant). So I obliged and placed my order quickly (during which he was very rude to me by snatching my card and rushing me to the point that I even forgot to order something) and walked down to a neighboring store to get away from the drama. When I returned the woman was still there waiting for her food. When her order was complete he begins to repeatedly yell at her again “don’t come back!” At this point I just want to cancel my order all together and leave which in hindsight would’ve been the best idea. My order FINALLY gets done and I leave. Whew! Thank goodness. I get home and start to eat my entree and what do I find other than multiple short black hairs in my rice. I threw up instantly. I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS PLACE AGAIN. Not only for their disgusting customer service but for the dirty filthy hairs found in my food. And let me clarify that there is absolutely no way the hairs belonged to me. They were the same length as Mr. Yells a lot. None of the employees wore hairnets. Eat here at...
Read moreMessed up my order by putting broccoli in it after I asked for no veggies and they asked if I could just pick it out. No offer to remake. I insisted that they remake it and they told me they were very busy and it would take a while. So I drove back up there with the food and they then told me 15 minutes after I called and asked them to start preparing it. They took the food back health hazard if you ask me and proceeded to pick the broccoli out and reheat it to the point it burned me to the touch and the chicken was ROCK HARD. No apology for their mistake acted as if I was an inconvenience to them. I will not be back they are hit or miss at best and terrible customer service. I will definitely not be giving them anymore business. They need to focus on their customer service skills. Today was my FIRST and LAST time going to this establishment on Dunn avenue I ordered the bourbon chicken mixed steamed vegetables and veggie lo mein for the whopping takeout price of $30. Got home to eat it about an hour later the chicken was tough the noodles were soggy the vegetables in the noodles was soggy I'm TIRED of going to restaurants and paying good MONEY for take out food and it turns out to be LEFTOVERS or things that been around for a couple of days I will pay a little bit more to go to a better establishment because the only thing that was edible and I'm sure was FRESH was the steamed vegetables even the egg roll was hard and it didn't even come with a drink on the side y'all really need to do better!
