I am leaving this review because the owners are clueless and honestly need the franchise revoked. We stopped in on Sunday after 1pm. We expected to have a short wait due to the day and time. There were about 7 to 10 people in the restaurant when we arrived several more arrived after we did. Problem being only 1 worker handling everything like a pro. He was very polite, apologetic and as efficient as possible. As we stood waiting patiently in line for about 40 minutes because he also had online orders coming in that he had to make. When your waiting that long you have time to chit chat and look around. This store had 9 visible cameras which the owners could view yet no help arrived. We noticed a couple approach as we waited they stayed outside smoking for about 15 minutes before coming in. Another customer said oh here's the owners. What are you kidding me....First you sat outside to smoke knowing your only worker was slammed. 2nd you were in a tank top undershirt(commonly known as a beater)that was sweat drenched because Jacksonville temp was in the upper 90's and you just sat in the sun for 15 minutes. You then walked behind the counter NEVER washed your hands put on gloves, that you touched with dirty sweaty cigarette smelling hands to pull them out of the box to then put them on your hands and started making sandwiches. 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢.... To the submaker you were 10 stars and deserve a raise. You will be an asset at any company you work at. The owners need to lose their franchising because they have 0 respect for the employees, the customers or the subway...

I ordered online at 2:45 pm for a 3:15 pick up through the app. I arrived a few minutes early but walked in once the app said that my order was ready. I walked in and waited for nearly 5 minutes at the register with no acknowledgement before finally being told that my order hasn’t even been started yet. There were several individuals waiting for their mobile orders, yet walk-ins got priority over us. After 10+ people got their food before ours, I was finally acknowledged again before being told that my order wasn’t even on a receipt to be worked on. I soon told him that I would get my phone to show proof that I paid and I was at the right location. After a few seconds, I re-entered the store and he went back to working on everyone else’s order before the mobile ones! Several individuals became very agitated and wanted to know why we are being placed last knowing that anyone could walk in and instantly get their sandwich fixed. After 45 minutes waiting for a sub, I left and had nothing to show for it. I didn’t get upset at the worker, but why is there only 1 person working here on a Saturday? Read moreFirst time I've ever been to a Subway and had to tell them how to make my sandwich step by step then I was told they don't know how to wrap the rap or what all goes on a sweet onion and teriyaki so I ordered the footlong rap to try to give me one thing of me then I had to tell them that it takes two then they asked me what should I do next will usually people put the sweet onion sauce on it and a cheese when I was asked what kind of cheese do you want I said the white American and return they said we have a couple different white cheeses is it the one with the holes on it I replied no then which one you want the white American and I just end up pointing to one the most horrible feeling ever is when somebody's making your food that don't know how to make it and then you can even hear the gentleman talk they're both telling me they don't know what they're doing and I still had to pay get home apparently something wasn't made right because it did not taste right end up throwing the subway please avoid this Subway...
