On 11/2/22 between 6:30/7pm @ 11872 Lem Turner Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218 location, I had placed my order and pulled to the front window for final transactions. However, I was advised that I was supposed to stop at the very first window, which had not been used in any of the many visits I've made at this location. My credit card was taken by a female and she walked to the back to process it at the first window. Out of the blue, the young guy collecting my order responded, "Don't worry, no one's going to use your card, she just went to the next window to process the charges". I responded, "Well, if they do my credit card company will deal with them". My card was finally returned and I proceeded home. Mind you, this was only my second transaction in over a month with this credit card. The very first one, my card never left my hand/ presence. Approximately 3 hours later I get notification from my credit card company that a transaction to "Walmart Online" was declined for $87.03. Had I not maxed my card out with a payment for my child's college tuition, the transaction would have gone through. I immediately contacted my credit card company to inform them of this fraudulent activity and to close the account, ASAP! The transaction from Burger King clearly popped in my head from the initial attempt of this scam and I notified the representative of where my information had been compromised! I was informed that there were two attempts... the first one was for about $283... then the second attempt was made. I was LIVID! I called the store the next day and asked for the manager and was told by this female that they didn't have contact information for their DM/GM (BULL....) Playing games. All I got was a Mrs D/B... heck, it made no sense! I recall a time when such information used to be posted on the drive through window... NOTHING... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING POSTED. I ended up calling an 800# and spoke with someone there about what took place. Provided my contact information for that store DM/GM to contact me. I was advised that they did not have any information to provide, they just forward complaints and concerns through the system. When I tell you this is a bunch of BS! They don't have to worry about me patronizing the business EVER, EVER AGAIN! To- date, I've not heard a word from this company/ it's representatives. Nevertheless, I want you to BEWARE... if you must use your credit card, do so inside where you're the only one to touch your credit card! DO NOT!!! I REPEAT, DO NOT HAND YOUR CARD THROUGH THE WINDOW! Apparently someone's trying to capitalize off of the customers, instead of the employer or searching employment with a more suitable wage for their pockets. And with such a nasty habit,"May They NEVER Gain Such Employment, THIEF/ THIEVES" I hope this behavior lead to them being caught and held fully responsible for their disloyal actions. It took another month for me to receive a new credit card. Thank God it's not my only credit card!!! Worst Experience and Most Disrespect, EVER!!! SMDH

After some time had passed, I approached my husband because nobody had acknowledged anyone in line. I observed that the woman at the frier station turned and looked at us and then turned away. My husband waited until she looked our way again and gestured to her. With his arms out, as to say, don't you see us standing here? She mouthed something and turned away, talking to where we couldn't hear her clearly. I thought how rude. That's not any type of person that I want making food that I'm going to consume. The customer service at this location will keep us from returning. My husband and I left. I'm making this review minutes after leaving. We never had a chance to see anyone's name tag. So maybe you can tell by the time that they were working there. But none of them addressed any of us. So all of their customer service training has failed. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI seriously do not understand what the problem is at this location. They regularly decide not to turn food items off in the app, for items that are out of stock. I'm told that this can be done, but for some reason it's been two times this week that I've ordered something they didn't have. One time, they ran completely out of all hamburger patties. The other time they ran out of cheesy tots and that's the only reason why we even placed an order because someone was craving cheesy tots. I know that in the grand scheme of things this is not a big deal, but I don't have an unlimited amount of time and the 45 minutes that I took to go here could have been spent on something else. I find this kind of operation completely misleading, unethical and a representation of what Burger King actually thinks of their customers. It's not even possible to reach a live person if you call Burger King customer service, so I actually have numerous orders that I haven't received that Burger King has taken my money for and still has not refunded me. Where I come from, if you take someone's money and have no intent of delivering a product or giving it back in a timely manner, it's theft. How is this not theft...
