ABOSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE AT UNIVERSITY AND PHILIPS!!! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN! I went in the drive thru and ordered with a coupon. For one they up sold me on cheese and didn't mention it was an extra 40 CENTS a piece which brought my $4 coupon meal to /$5. i also asked for no pickle no onions on one of my sandwhiches and i was not rung up properply so i still received pickles and onions. The women who took my order and money at the first window was very kind and humble but when I pulled to the second window to receive my food I became VERY dissatisfied. I went to the second window and there was a tall fat black woman with glasses she was rude and snooty she had an all around bad attitude when I asked " excuse me ma'am could you please spare 2 bbq and 2 buffalo sauce she said she had to charge me 25 CENTS A PIECE. i was shocked i thought since i was charged an extra dollar for cheese and that i had 2 fries I could at least receive a couple pack a of dipping sauce . After saying so she continued on about how she's supposed to charge me 25 CENTS i asked very nicely if she thought she could at least spare just one. She didn't say another word to be even after I said "thank you have a nice day maam" she aggressively threw the one pack of bbq sauce into my bag shoved the bag into my hand and SLAMMED THE DRIVE THRu WINDOW IN MY FACE. I called the Store to speak to a manger. IT TOOK ME 5 TRIES to actually get thru to someone because each call was being declined and forwarded to voicemail. The first person to actually pick up , I stated my issue and asked to speak to a manager she then hung up on me instantly. I called again and took and extra 5 minutes to get THRU to someone finally spoke to a "manager" when asking if she was the one to I spoke with in the drive thru she hesitated to answer then said no. when I asked for the employee name she wouldn't say but when asking for hers she hesitated for a minute until I repeated the question said her name was "qualinda" she didn't apologize for her Employees behavior or poor customer service, she didn't offer any solution she was not sympathetic for the actions of HER employees. The "manager" was rude she hung up on me mid phone call and she was of no help nor of any use for my situation. The actions of the manger go to show for the reason being where the employees get their attitude and poor customer service. I will not be returning to the Burger king on University and Philips and i will be sure to pass along the message to all friends and family, this location is not worth the time nor money. However the manager here said they don't do it because of covid they haven't done it since covid. Translation, they're lazy and they can't help the customers get what they need. It's on their menu they should sell it. She had me contact the store owner it's a franchise and she said it was a franchise decision but she didn't have the email for the guy.
