Use to be a long time customer of BOA and someone tried to pull a scam with my account that I knew nothing about. They froze my account until I contacted the fraud team and verified that I did not authorize the transaction trying to be made with my account and the fraud department shut my account down and banned me from banking with them even tho I had a good history with this bank. Now I understand why people always said they hated BOA and would never bank with them when they found out that's who I use to bank with. Accounts are hacked all the time whether it be bank accounts or big corporations these days and I was treated as I did something wrong even though I had no clue any transactions were being made with my account until I woke up in the morning with multiple emails from BOA.
