I called ahead for take out.. It took a little bit to get through and place an order. Little did I know, that was my first warning sign. It will be ready in 30 min no problem. A little after 30min later, as im walking in, a previous patron walking out mentiins how slow the service was. Good thing im getting take out, right? Wrong. So i get to the bar area where pick ups are checked out. There was one poor lonesone bar tender trying her best to serve a full bar of people and make drinks for table service. Saw one other waitress out on the floor. So im thinking , wow bad management. It was game day too. Another mistake of mine. But management should have staffed better. So the bar tender after me being there 20 min goes to check on my order after I pay... Note to take out people.. Dont pay before your foods ready or your trapped. As the bar tender goes to the back to check another lady customer who I thought was just a bar patron turned around and says good luck ive been here 30 minutes already.. Dang, I wish she would have told me that before I paid. Long story a little bit shorter.. Another 20min later, (yes I would have left my over priced cold fries and not as good as they used to be overpriced boneless wings behind. They were about a $1 per wing...) I finally got my order and gladly left. Yes they left off some minor things in the order, but I was just happy to leave. So what would I suggest? 1. Don't lie about how long its going to take. If its going to take an hour, say so. 2. Staff accordingly, dont fill up a restaurant with just a bar tender and two waitresses. You obviously had some disgruntled customers even before I arrived. I used to like it here, and its been a little slow before, but im done. I will go somewhere else down the street that's been around for awhile. Give them a chance next time. Im not coming...

I've always been a little grossed out seeing the cooks with full grown beards not wearing beard nets and watching a server walk out of the restroom without washing her hands. Today finally did it for me. I called today to place an order to go. Was asked to hold the first call. It's Super Bowl Sunday so I understand. After about 2 1/2 minutes I stopped hearing anything on the line so I hung up and called back. Maybe I was a little premature doing so, but I thought something happened with the line. The same lady picked up, asked me to hold, and said not to hang up as I would lose my place in line. After about a minute she came back to take my order. I order bone-in and boneless wings and my boyfriend last minute said he wanted all boneless so I asked him "are you sure?" As he was answering me, she asked me to hold again. I understand her not having time for me to talk to someone else but it was a 3 second clarification. After another 2 minutes, my phone read "Call Ended". So I called back and same lady answered asking if I could hold. I said ,"no, I was just on hold before I was hung up on." She said I hung up. I was trying to tell her that I didn't touch my phone when it said "Call Ended" which tells me something happened on the other end and she interrupted me to tell me "No ma'am, you hung up the phone." That's when I told her nevermind, that I'd go somewhere else. Between the lack of hygiene and the poor customer service, I will not go back and would never recommend.    Read moreI don't know what happened to this location. They used to be our go-to spot, and I don't know if the management has changed or people just aren't paying attention anymore. In the last four instance that I've ordered takeout, the order has been wrong and they do not check the orders. Today I ordered two items, they didn't have the sauce for mine and didn't tell me. So they just tossed it in the other one that my other order was tossed in. When I got there I asked why they're both tossed in Cajun ranch medium and he told me they ran out of the other one.I understood but had I known I wouldn't have ordered from them. I also noted that just like the times before their items that I ordered and got charged for that we're not in the bag. That matched with the last three or four times of being wrong I'm pretty much done with this location. And it would have been one thing and it just been the wrong wing sauce but there were items that I ordered not in the bag there were items wrong in the bag and everything just kind of culminated in me not showing up anymore. It makes me sad because I do enjoy their wings but I can't deal with a place that doesn't even try anymore. It's almost like they've given up.
The manager offered to toss the tenders in a different sauce but there were still items missing that I was being charged for and I didn't feel like waiting around for them to correct the mistakes.
