I have been going to this dominos since I moved up here. I have always had a good experience but tonight was totally unacceptable. I order 3pizza but my husband only came with 2, so when I asked him where the pizza he stated he need to go back because the pizza wasnât donât properly it was under cook and missing toppings. To which he stated that they offer to give him the pizza for free, he kindly refused and requested for the pizza to be properly remade RIGHT this time. I called to talk to a store to see what happened to my pizza because it didnt make any sense plus the pizzas was order since 8pm and it was about 10pm. I requested to speak to the store manager a young man came on the phone. I begin asking what was going on with the pizza he advised me that it was my husband we requested to have it be made over, I explained to him that he knows the pizza wasnât done properly he then told be that it was made up to dominos standards. I expressed my frustration and that I couldâve taken my money else where but because dominos WAS my go to pizza joint for year I had rather spend my money there to which he responded I shouldâve. After he made that statement I asked him for his name, he rudely declined. So I then stated again so you NOT going to provide me you name he stated NO I DONT HAVE TO TELLL YOU MY NAME. He then made other remarks. This point me being a loyal dominos customer for so many years was completely flabbergasted at the type of service (customer service) at that I was receiving. I advised him that I will be following up with corporate or even the store owner to which he laughed and advised me to go ahead. And you think that would be it.. the redo pizza had to go back again under the over at this poin5 I was over it. As my husband stated if he was dying of hunger after coming from a 10 hrs shift he wouldâve just left the pizza on the counter. I am completely disappointed with this location. They will honest NEVER received business from me or my family. Worst experience ever worst customer service ever worth everything all around ever. Didnât even bother to come up with a resolution or apologize. I wish I could give a zero!!!! Maybe if they wasnât âchillingâ and listen loud rap music like they in a club and took more time getting customer order right... we wouldnât NEVER have this...
   Read moreI have to be honest my experience is normally amazing⌠But this time was different ..I ordered my familyâs normal pizza bundle 2 medium pizzas ,bread bites and my 6 year old sonâs favorite cinnamon breadâŚ. I also used 60 reward points for a free pizza adding up to 3 pizzas ..So My husband went to pick up our order and as he was pulling back into our driveway I received a call from dominoâs saying that they where sorry but somehow they didnât give my husband all of the order ..so he would need to come back to the store to get the pizza that was forgotten âŚ.So my husband dropped of the food so that the kids could eat and headed back up to dominos ..after opening what should have been the cinnamon bread box I realized that they gave us cheese bread and not cinnamon bread so I called the store and was told that they would make them and put it with my pizza ⌠I didnât know I had to check my entire order so âŚafter I got off the phone I open the box of pizza that should have been Pepperoni and bacon but it wasnât it had extra olives on it .. I didnât want to bother my husband with coming home and taking the pizza back so I picked the olives off and tried to call the store to let them know what happened⌠And I didnât receive an answer .. so after a couple of hours I finally spoke with someone who was overly nasty I tried to explain to the manager that I really tried to work with the pizza by removing the toppings that I didnât order and it was not working for my family and that my thin crust pizza had so much cheese and sauce that it was no longer crunchy .. the manager didnât want to hear me out he then told me in order to get a refund I would have to bring the pizzas back to the store. I explain to him that I live 15 minutes away and that Iâve already been to the store twice and that I would not have a problem with receiving a store credit for the pizzas ..He then said OK I can give you credit for one pizza, but if you want more than that, you have to come in the store he wasnât nice at all, so from this day forward, I probably will not order any more pizza from103rd St in Jacksonville, Florida.

   Read moreI ordered two pizzas on a Wednesday night around 9:30 p.m. At 10:30 I still haven't received my order and per the online tracker, my pizzas were doubled checked and boxed at 9:45 p.m. I called to inquire on the delivery status and was told that the driver was leaving the store as we spoke and that I would be the first stop. I asked if the pizza would be cold since per the tracker it was done at 9:45. I was informed that the tracker was wrong and that there was a glitch with it and that the pizzas just came out and would be on the way now. At 11:10 I still didn't have my order and if the driver had left the store when they said they did and my house was the first stop, I would have received my order in 15 minutes; but 40 minutes later I was still waiting. I called the store and asked to cancel the order and was informed by the "manager" that the driver had already left. I told them that is what I was told 40 mins ago and that I placed my order nearly two hours ago and wanted to cancel due to the length of time it was taking to receive the order. The manager got an attitude and kept trying to tell me the order was on the way and that it was already made etc. I asked for a refund again and finally after several push backs the manager agreed. I asked for confirmation that the transaction was voided out and was told that it couldn't be provided. I asked how would I know the transaction was cancelled and the manager responded that he didn't know and that it would take 7-10 days for my credit card to be refunded as usually it is 3-5 days.
