2-star service for on-time delivery but poor cooking. Can't speak for atmosphere because I ordered delivery, but online ordering was simple and delivery was no issue and only 2.99 delivery fee. Too much MSG used in cooking. I got a headache after eating a few bites. Not good flavor overall. Sesame chicken was dry and chewy, like old, overcooked chicken. Fried rice was under cooked and still had hardness in rice grains. Lo mein was weird with the mushrooms, like it was thrown in at the end and not cooked out enough. Gave it a weird after taste and mouth feel. Fried dumplings and dipping sauce were good. Wonton soup was so-so - good size wonton, soup lacked flavor. I've definitely had better. DO NOT COME HERE! WARNING! If you want horrible service hen this is your place to be. I advise you not to come to this establishment. We have been long time customers and they screw up orders and a few time our orders been wrong but we let it go. We called up to get a correction or better understanding all we got was the menu chaged and oh well and we got hung up on. We called again a few time and they ignored our call. 3 weeks later we decided to come back and they refused to service us. They just hang up on me and ignore our calls. When ordering on the phone, I asked for an 8 piece crab rangoon. Instead of clarifying due to the lady rushing us with our order because she said they were stopping orders soon, I was given 8 orders of the 5 piece crab rangoon and charged $22 for it. I called immediately once I got home to let the store know but at that point they were closing shortly and didn’t answer. Called the next day and was told the next day they didn’t have an 8 piece to begin with and if I wanted any type of compensation I would need to bring the day old food back.
