Updated 10-29-2021 What can I say no one takes pride in there work ANYWHERE Anymore..If they socialized less then maybe the customer wait time wouldn't be 59 minutes waiting ..That's how long I have been here waiting from walking in the door to waiting on my food Still waiting.......see photos below..should Not take a hour to make 1 meal...with the amount if people that was in here. Gotta do WAY Better!!!! Total time waited was 1 hr. 5 minutes from walking in door to walking out ! Updated : 12-7-2019 I’m sorry but I had to knock them from 3 stars to 2 stars , today our waitress kept coming to our table so she could fill the salt shaker, she came back again to fill the napkins ( which by the way did not need to be filled right then and there, Then came back and was just standing at our table looking for something else to fill or add , She then proceeds to ask us if we had the pepper shaker, I was so mad. # 1. Do not stand over me when I am eating It’s rude and I think it’s gross. She knew she got me heated as I told my husband go pay the bill I’m going to the truck she said I’m sorry I didn’t mean to make her mad. My husband told her that standing over us while we are got under my skin! Regina maybe next time give your customers a little space and let me talk In private and eat my meal in peace. This is why the tip was only 4.00 . Old review:The food is great however a little pricey, One bad thing I have to say is they never ever answer the phone. So if you want to eat a hot meal you in.must drive there to dine in or go there to place your order. Customer service has always been great but several times I have driven there after trying to call and they always say they are having phone problems, But if your willing to dine in and pay a little extra they...

I would’ve gave a 5 star however the servers really need to step their game up. All too often when I eat here which is often, the door host or Regina (manger) has to jump in an okay server role. On a great note, Regina & Von know how to handle the crowd and whatever situation a rises! They are there every time I go and are always on their A game! Last wkend when I visited I was sitted waited 15 mins as I saw my server walk back and forth but didn’t tend to her section. 3-4 tables in my corner sitted families, I being a single person at my table didn’t even get our drink order yet. I finally spoke up and asked the door host if I could get a coffee, & made her aware of the others hoping someone would eventually help them too. Regina over heard the situation at hand and y’all when I tell you she jumped in and got everyone(4-5 tables, family’s of 3-4) their drink & food all within 10 mins !!!! I kid you not! The only reason I didn't leave five is because the server wasn't paying attention. I get the same thing at every waffle house I go to. The all Star special. I know the questions they ask. Cheese in eggs or grits? How do you want your eggs? What toast? What meat? Plain waffle? I answered all of those so she wouldn't have to ask, and she asked anyway... I already told her so she wasn't paying attention. She also gave my father in law a triple order of hash browns when he just asked for a double. Then, they wouldn't take the coupon I had for the free waffle because it needed to be printed. Not everyone has printers and we weren't even home when we decided to go. She also added grits to my boyfriend's order when he didn't ask for them. I know she was just trying to finish her soft because another server came and finished checking us out at the end because the server said she put her paperwork in the office, with our order and the door was locked. Luckily she took the grits off but we still had to pay for the wake which wouldn't have been ordered had we known the coupon...
