Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Update: A huge shout out to Jason who came on shift and saw my customer complaint. He completely rectified the situation, including using me a refund. He was willing to remake my order but I was already on the way to get something else. Because of Jason I'll change my 1 star rating to a 4.

I'm stuck at home in quarantine and decided to order Domino's from the Onlsow Drive location. Typically I would pick it up because it's close and would save me fees. Due to being in quarantine I did a no contact delivery despite the extra fees. I left specific instructions for the delivery and waited for my delivery that said it was delivered but was never delivered to my door. I called once and the young man said the driver was still out. I called again 15 minutes later and he was back and I still didn't have my order. There was no remorse or compassion for me not having received my food. I asked for a refund but was only told I would get a credit. I am highly disappointed and it will be a LONG time before I order from Domino's again, especially this location. Now because I'm finally getting a little appetite back I'm going to get in my car and drive to get something to eat because it's been three days since I felt like eating. Do better Domino's. Fairly new Domino’s and closest to my home so this is my go to choice for Domino’s. Every experience I have had with this restaurant has been positive. I carry out and they are always read on the early end of the expected time from the website. They also have a large 5 topping pizza offer for carry out that is under $10. Incredible price. Staff seems motivated and tight knit. Have not tried delivery. Absolutely will continue to be a patron. Edit day one nfl season 2025: manager on duty at 7 pm is top notch. I’m not exactly sure what she found wrong with my pizza but she was going to cook another one. I just said I’ll take it like it is and she waived payment. This is my go to place since so close I use everytime I think I can get super nice pizza delivered for a descent price and realize I can’t so I go pick it up at this excellent location. We absolutely love this Domino's location! Zander stops by our house pretty much daily at this point. The food is always as fresh as it can get, I've only had an issue with my order once from this location and they didn't hesitate to replace the entire order to provide the best customer service! I was definitely impressed with the way they handled the situation. Like I said before, Zander is pretty much our regular delivery driver. He's timely, friendly, great customer service!
