Well it’s friday night, it was a long day at work and I just wanted some dominos and to relax. So I get on my phone make an order using their app. 20-30 minutes later my order arrives ready to be devoured but wait... there is no dipping sauce for my chicken bites and no icing for my lava cakes... bewildered I ask the delivery man if they might have fallen out in his bag, to which he responds with a resounding no. He checks the order slips on my boxes which clearly state that I did, indeed, order the sauces. He shrugs and says:
“Cthe store they’ll sort you out.
Mildly annoyed I set my boxes down and call the store, about 10 seconds into my call, they answer. Slightly impressed they answered so quickly, I begin to speak only to be cut short and have my former impression dashed by a frantic voice, asking if I can hold. I say yes thinking it’ll be just a moment. Ten minutes later, after listening to the endless voice recording telling me how fantastic their online ordering service is, I am again entreated to the frazzled voice.
“Hi thank you for waiting how may I help you?”
I explain my situation, not overly happy with the fact I’ve been waiting ten minutes to correct their error, I’m sure irritation crept into my voice. After being offered a complimentary 20oz drink of my choice I was assured my sauces and drink would be delievered in 20-30 minutes.
So here I am my food is cold, but reheatable I supposed, waiting for my sauces and an hour after I order my food I get to eat my warm and overly cooked chicken bites and now hard and crusty lava cakes.
Over all customer service was terrible dominos, sorry. Making me wait for your mistake? Just plain bad form on your end. Maybe adjust your training to include a section on if you mess up the order, it becomes the top priority to rectify...
Read moreMy friend ordered a pizza and cause he was trying to same money he tipped 10%. When the delivery driver came he was saying passive aggressive remarks about how low he tipped. He didn’t think too hard on it and as the driver was walking away, his Battalion OOD and the DNCO were walking by and he made a loud remark falsely stating “That girl doesn’t look of age” my friend was alone all day that day and regardless of the driver was joking or not the Battalion OOD was not about to play any games and interrogated my friend after the driver left. That false statement could have ruined his reputation and his career luckily he was able to show how “true” that statement was and came out okay to the Battalion OOD. But he has since refused to eat at this Domino’s ever since and he left a review on Yelp, his name on there is Fred S. and I have not found it, either Yelp lying about businesses not being able to edit reviews or Yelp doing some dirty under the table stuff. Attached is a screenshot of his original...
Read moreMy husband (retired Marine) was preparing a pizza party for his construction crew on base with about 52 people. I reached out to this location and was blessed to be able to work with Ms. Kim throughout the process of ordering 14 pizzas. Ms. Kim was very cordial, helpful, and has an excellent skillset regarding troubleshooting. I wanted to order online because of my rewards and to receive points for this order but the ordering process was a bit wonky. I reached out to Ms.Kim and she assured me that If I couldn't order online, they would be able to take my order on the phone and have it ready to be picked up at 11:15 AM. Thanks to Ms. Kim, the luncheon went perfectly and everyone shouted out their appreciation for the delicious pizzas. I also asked if someone could bold write the name of the pizza on the lid of each box and that absolutely happened! Thank you Ms. Kim and the Camp...
