Dunkin' — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Nice clean atmosphere a bit bigger than the one I go too. Plenty of seats and you can sit outside too. They seemed more busy with mobile orders, drive thru and smaller inside orders. Friendly staff. We ordered 2 hashrounds, m coffee, m chai iced latte, breakfast tacos and avocado toast with tomatoes. I originally wanted the tacos with no cheese & bacon, but she wasn't able too take off the cheese. The cashier lady i think her named was Kaylee was very nice & suggested that I could do a wrap with no cheese instead. I apreciated her advice. It wouldn't be the same though, so just ordered the avocado toast with tomatoes. Drinks were great. Love the flavor of the hashrounds however it needed to be cooked more. You only get 5 of them. My husband's was soft & broken up. His tacos had corn, eggs mixed in with cheese(nice lil cheese pull, light egg flavor), bacon( nice size and crispy), there was a lime flavor, no sourcream( I guess you have to ask for it) and soft tacos were a bit overcooked on the ends. Overall the tacos were good nice flavor but hubby said he felt like somethings missing like salsa on it be nice. I have been going to this location for as long as they have been open and within the last 2 months I have never been so unhappy with the customer service here. I had to drive away from the drive thru window just so I wouldn't cuss the lady out and I'm not that type of person in anyway. I went there today for 2 drinks: LARGE caramel iced macchiato and an X-LARGE hot coffee. She hands my my hot coffee and hands me a MEDIUM iced macchiato and I politely say No ma'am it's suppose to be a large. With the window open she turns the corner and tells someone it's suppose to be a large and then I hear my drink being poured into a cup. She returns to the window with a large cup full of ice and the macchiato from the previous cup poured into a bigger cup. I asked her if they just poured it and she said yes ma'am I had already came back up to tggp location because they got the hot coffee wrong previously but I didn't say anything about it I kurstin PURCHASED a new one because mistakes happen. But when I'm repurchasing a drink that was already made incorrectly don't just half do your job and cut corners. Rude...

I go to this location pretty regularly before work during the week.

The drive thru line is always to the road, or wrapped around the building, so this morning I opted to go inside thinking it would be faster.

There were only 2 women working. They were busting things out, but you could tell they were extremely short staffed. 2 people can not take care of 15 people in drive thru, and 5 people in the lobby.

If I was working in those conditions I would probably have a panic attack and walk out. The fact that my order came out quickly and correctly is a testament to the work ethic of the two women being run ragged.

They ended up opting to close down the lobby and do drive thru only so they could concentrate their efforts instead of being spread thin- a brilliant tactic in my opinion.

Seriously, those girls deserve a raise or at least a promotion to team lead. This 5 star review is for them.
