Firehouse Subs Western Blvd — Restaurant in Jacksonville

2 out of 4 subs were wrong, the 2 subs that were the same made us sick.. They were out of cheese, not just one but any sub we got we had to substitute cheese. My son threw his in the trash bc it has mayo, tomato & lettuce on it. I asked for meat/cheese only. I called back & the rude boy on the phone laughed when I said no I'm not driving from half moon to bring it back. Never once said I'm sorry, let me fix it. Just bring it back n I'll remake it, as if gas is free and I live close by. It's a good 20 minute drive one way. Now it's Tuesday, myself and my mom have been sick since Sunday night.. Firehouse Subs corporate recently miscommunicated my sub order to the local Firehouse Subs in Jacksonville, NC, which resulted in the sub being made incorrectly. I reached out to corporate about the issue, and they promptly directed me to the local owner, who went above and beyond to make things right. I don't even give them 1 star. But I couldn't post without putting up at least 1 star.This place is not a good place to eat they are to over priced for the little bitty subs they serve and their also to dry. They also have people that work for them that are rude, disrespectful, discriminate, and are prejudice. It also is a bad place to work. They will fire a teenager because they aren't feeling good and yet still worked thier whole shift with thier stomach messed up. And say that this child is constantly on thier phone but other kids be on thier phones as well. Or even standing around watching...
