Fusion Food Truck — Restaurant in Jacksonville

We found this little gem at the Riverside Arts Festival. I instantly knew how to which truck to choose by following my nose. The aroma coming from this truck was to say the least euphoric. Driven by hunger I managed to wait in a very long line and to my surprise it moved pretty fast. Ordering was breeze as their menu is well laid out making it easy to pick what you want well in advance of getti g to the counter. They accept all forms of payment to include pay by tap which is great. We ordered the Chicken Tandoori and the Gyro. They gave us a beeper and now we wait... the Freedom Fries were absolutely on point! And the wraps were very good and perfectly seasoned. I've been all over the world and I can promise you these tasted...

The food truck was bomb!! We got to try this place at the Riverside Arts Market and would definitely recommend! My sister is gluten free and dairy free due to allergies and appreciated the fact that they had safe options marked on the menu. She ordered the vindaloo curry and I ordered the tandoori and both were delicious! The man who took our order (owner?) double checked with me on spice level. I wound up doing Medium for my sister and fusion hot (the hottest) for me. I had to promise this man I would not complain because he was so worried I wouldn’t be able to handle the spice level. It was perfect! We will definitely be seeing out this truck...

Today was the first time visiting the Fushion Food Truck at the Riverside Arts Market! Let me tell you, it was absolutely amazing. Incredibly diverse and delicious menu. Fast service and quality food. Oh the Fushion Spicy level is not for the tender hearted. I got the Chicken Vindaloo (Fushion Spicy) it was on point!, Butter Chicken (Spicy) and Tandoori Chicken Wrap.
