Hardee’s — Restaurant in Jacksonville

8/5/22 update. will this place ever get it together? Everytime I go here there is something to deal with. Either out of this or that or can't take cash or can't take card. What is goin on in this place? Do they even have district managers that care? 5/3/22 update. Again extremely slow with zero line of customers. But I pulled up to get their timer to turn off on them so they can make me wait longer. Again this place is a joke. 3/27/20 update. Not a single reach out about my complaint. Called corporate and the store. Can't wait for them to get shut down and a different company to take it's spot. Clearly management and corporate doesn't care how their stores/ company runs. All these Karen videos of people going off on fast food workers and you hang up on me while I'm being polite to you? Why the need for that? Called twice about a order they completely got wrong. By wrong I mean completely wrong food. Was told that if I couldn't prove it was wrong by showing receipt and food then oh well. So I guess hardees gets to make any mistake they want here and blame the customer some how. I'm done with Hardee's until corporate calls. Maybe even after that conversation. So no money back and no food to eat....

I've lived in the area for about 7 years. I've never visited this Hardee's until today. I will not be returning. First, the microphone system was down so after waiting in line for about 5 minutes being first in line at the microphone no one was speaking to me. I pulled up to the window where a nice gentleman came out and took my order car side. He was very attentive and I had forgotten about the broken speakerphone situation. He gave me the coke I had ordered and asked if I parked in a parking spot while they finished making my food. 15 minutes went by. I waited patiently. After 20 minutes a young woman came out and explained that my food was almost ready. A minute later she returned with what you seeing the photos. My mushroom Swiss burger contained no mushrooms, was burnt and extremely flattened. My chicken club was probably one of the most disgusting things I've ever eaten. The chicken was rubbery and an edible. The sauce tasted like it had expired. 7 years living nearby and I regret my first and only visit. I feel ill.. I do not know how this place stays...

Have never witnessed so much disrespect in a work place as my mother and I did today. First, the cashier had a nasty attitude, was rude as can be. Very snotty and short. When I asked for BBQ sauce (which I did not receive) she rolled her eyes at me. Mother and I sit down for about 10 minutes, decide we would rather get our food to-go. As we stand at the front counter for another 10 minutes we have to listen and watch as your cook and cashier begin to argue, loudly. The cook quit, clocks out and leaves. He comes back about 5 minutes later, but Miss Attitude starts in on The Cook again, "can't you cook the burger faster?" "Just turn it up higher and get going" she was referring to MY burger!, and they start arguing again. No manager or other coworker attempted to intervene at any point in time. Everyone walked around as if it was a normal work day. I wanted a refund but couldn't get anyone to pay attention to me , let alone the other 2 customers wanting refunds. My whole order was cold as well.

I will never return to this...
