Kelly's Place — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I've been here a while back and remember the food tasting good. This is more about technical issues. Please post the proper hours you are opened and closed on here so people won't make blank trips to the restaurant. If you are only open on a certain day or limited days please post that. That phone number posted needs to be professional and a number for customers to call to ask questions. Get an automated service if you don't want to answer with at least the business hours. I called and someone answered making a loud, gutteral noise then hung up on me. That's not how you run a business and the quickest way to lose customers. I just wanted to know the business hours since they are incorrectly posted on here. I ended up making a blank trip. Kelly's Place is filthy and the staff was rude. They put my Lemon Pepper wings on tio of tge frues and tiast so that it siaked up all the sauce and groease from the wibgs. When I went back and asked them for more sauce the man snatched our trays, threw them into the garbage and made us sit there for an hour and a half until he got ready to let us have the cold chicken he replaced our orders with. We both threw our orders in the trash and warned our colleagues to never eat there again! If the health department takes one look at that place they'll shut them down...

Kelly's is a decent hole in the wall club as a lot of people would probably call it. I went there while visiting Jacksonville for the weekend and I definitely plan on going back. To me Kelly's is like the old Fletcher's that used to be in Gainesville so I definitely enjoyed it. The lady at the bar was nice and helpful. I'm looking forward to trying the food one day.
