Picked up some take out for an easy dinner but was unfortunately dissatisfied. Noodles were very bland, rice was mushy and needed to be drowned in sauce to be edible, received hunan chicken when I ordered teriyaki, and the soup tasted like dish water:/ best part would have to be the spring roll but had to blot off almost a full napkins worth of oil before eating. Have dined in before and it wasn’t nearly as bad but seems the quality has only gone down over the years… ( in response to your response I was told when I ordered the teriyaki chicken that it did not include veggies so very misleading and not like any teriyaki I’ve ever had…. and yes the rice has yum yum sauce on it cause stated in my previous post it was too bland and mushy to eat on its own.)

No flavor, ALOT of SALT AND OIL. ordered here a few times. This was my last time. Soup had a weird after taste, eggfuyoung was no meat in it, rice had a burnt taste from like aluminum I’m assuming from the cookware, Very cheap with duck sauce they provide one. You ask for extra they’ll give you one more. Rather not eat this is not even authentic fried rice, there’s not even any egg in it it’s like they just add soy sauce to sticky white rice. Pad Thai is overly sweet and watered down so is the Lomein.. out of everything I’ve tried here nothing was good, it’s a shame this Jacksonville Alabama has no real authentic food.

This place is not authentic Vietnamese food. We had the beef pho and the beef is chewy and thick the noodles aren’t real rice noodles they are spaghetti noodles. I asked to speak with someone and owner was very very rude. Not accommodating with anything as far as a discount or switching out the food. I drove 30 minutes just to eat at this establishment and I am very disappointed. The waiter was very very nice and sweet. But if you are expecting authentic pho DO NOT EAT THERE!!

They get one star because there is no zero. Sticky floors upon entering, instead of mopping, the employees watched Murry on TV. So, I had to listen to the rantings and ravings of lunatics during my meal.

I ordered steamed dumplings and a bowl of Chicken Pho soup as an appetizer. The dumplings had no flavor, even the dipping sauce was bland. They have managed to find a tasteless soy sauce. The Pho soup was worse. Instead of broth steeped with flavor, I was served pre-boiled chicken with rice noodles in water. WATER! It wasn't even chicken broth. It was horridly tasteless. After adding salt and pepper and table-side oiled peppers, I asked for some dried Thai peppers. The waitress returned with four whole chili de arbols in her hand. I asked if she could cut them up. Later, she returned with chopped, Thai chilis.

My son ordered Pad Thai. His was bland and tasted burnt. They over-added fish sauce to cover up their lack of understandung the dish. There was none of the yummy seasonings we've come to enjoy. It was stir-fried chicken and rice noodles with a lot of fish sauce, their tasteless soy sauce and cilantro. We couldn't find what they burnt, but that was one flavor they did manage to produce in the dish.

My chicken curry filled the small plate; the portion was fine, but there was no way to add the side rice. I had to dump half the curry onto the rice plate and mix half the rice with the curry. It was a poorly thought out presentation. On a scale of 1-5 for heat, I asked for a 4. To me, it tasted like mild curry with some peppers added. It was simple. There was no pizazz. I make better curry, and this is their livlihood. It was unimpressive.

The drinks were served in tall 20 oz glasses, but when bottomed, the straws provided were an inch short of being able to reach the rim of the glass. I was sorry to hear that they had no alternatives. It was a constant battle that both my son and I gave up on.

0 stars is what they deserve. I have sampled cuisine in 56 countries. This restaurant made my top 5 list for the worst restraunts I have ever experienced. They have EVERYTHING wrong. If they don't change, they'll be closed in six months.

When we arrived home, the soles of our shoes were sticking to our hard wood floors, and we had to remove them and wash the gunk of the soles.

Then we had to pay a second price for eating there. We both became distended, and it was an uncomfortable next four hours, wondering if we had been food poisoned. Thankfully, we were not, but their food sat like rocks...

Completely disgusting. Incompetent ‘management’ with no desire to resolve the error. We are new to the area and we’re enjoying ice cream nearby at Scoop DeJour (which was amazing) and thought it would be good to get acquainted with this restaurant on the square. Huge mistake. We wouldn’t recommend to a dog.. We ordered take out and picked up in the drive through window they offer. They were pleasant at pickup but notified us they didn’t have enough tea to make our paid for and ordered Thai tea so they made us two partial teas. I let thay slide. End of night. Not the biggest deal but weird. When we got home we saw a huge black fly pressed into the crack of the container the Pad Thai that we ordered was in and didn’t even open or eat anything we ordered. They had already closed for the evening and we saw they were closed next day. I called the following Monday and left my info. It has been two weeks with no follow up. So I called back today and as I was explaining the woman who was talking over me hung up on me. I called back and another one answered. Once explaining her debate was that I didn’t take a picture. Zero accountability or desire to resolve. She continued to compare my lack of evidence by not having taken a picture as the issue to the point where she asked me to leave a poor review. This is completely bananas to me. She also said she has no access to their system to identify my purchase. She compared repeatedly while talking over me that if a person through out a shirt and tried to return it it would be illogical as if I was to hold food for two weeks from such an unsanitary environment. As a business owner, knowing that there is such little effort to solve for the customer and debate the validity of a claim of an insect being in their food which she acknowledged happens from time to time, is going to drive this business to the ground. The money wasn’t really the concern so much as making it right. I will certainly spread the word beyond this platform but I hope everyone reads this before bothering...

I’ve had a good bowl of pho before and this place well…..ITS AWFUL. No flavor you can tell there isn’t a seasoning and they just use beef broth or dirty sink water who knows. Meet is chewy, they cook it before it goes in the soup. Well when they put that meat in the soup is overcooks and is chewy and not good. Not good

I come back to try something different so I get the orange chicken meal with fried rice and wonton soup. Well….the chicken wasn’t season and didn’t come sauced? I get that because had it sat in sauce it would have been runny. However, you have to season chicken before you fry it. The sauce also wasn’t good at all, the color was orange the taste was not. I could do better in my own home. The crab rangoons I got were cold and not hot in the slightest. The “fried rice” was just rice with some sauce in it no carrots or peas. I get it’s a side of rice but come on nothing? The best part of my meal was the egg roll and crunchy chip things I get for my soup. Any sauce they give is flavorless and idk how this place...
