I went to Le Petit Paris for a Sunday brunch, and as expected, it was delicious, just like the other locations on Atlantic, Southside, and Mandarin. This spot has a great reputation, and they consistently deliver great food.
We were a group of three girls and ordered a variety of dishes:
Lobster bisque: The bisque was creamy and rich, with the perfect amount of lobster flavor. It was a comforting dish that had just the right balance of creaminess and seasoning, with chunks of lobster that were a nice touch.
Salmon quiche: A solid choice, the quiche was fluffy and savory, with a generous amount of salmon. The eggs were light, and the crust had a satisfying flakiness. It paired perfectly with the light salad that came on the side.
Tomato soup: A simple yet delicious option. The soup was smooth and tangy, with a robust tomato flavor. Perfect for dipping any of the sandwiches.
Mango pastry: Sweet, flaky, and filled with fresh mango—this pastry was light and slightly sweet, making it a nice addition to the meal.
The Monceau: A prosciutto and turkey sandwich with arugula on a baguette. It was fresh, flavorful, and well-balanced. The prosciutto added a bit of saltiness that paired perfectly with the turkey and arugula. It came with a side salad and two orange quarters, which were a nice touch.
Croissant salmon sandwich: The croissant was buttery and flaky, and the smoked salmon was just right—rich and smoky without overpowering the other ingredients. Another solid choice.
Pistachio drink: The pistachio drink was a unique, sweet, and nutty beverage. It was creamy and refreshing, and paired well with the food.
Coffee: The coffee was strong, perfect for balancing out the richness of the food.
The sandwiches came with a side salad and two orange quarters, adding a light and refreshing element to balance out the richness of the food.
The seating was quite limited, so I would recommend parking in the Planet Fitness parking lot nearby. The place was a bit understaffed, so we had to clean off the table ourselves in order to find a seat, which is expected during rush hour. It’s a popular spot, and when the place fills up, it can get a bit chaotic. We also had trouble getting out of the parking space, as people were illegally parking in front, blocking the drive-thru and the fire escape line, which was frustrating.
However, despite the minor inconveniences, Le Petit Paris has built a reputation for serving great food, and I don’t think it’ll fail here. The name notoriety and the consistently delicious food will keep bringing customers in. I’ll definitely come again, but I’ll try to avoid rush...
Read moreT’was our first time dining in at this location. We usually go to the one located on Atlantic/Neptune Beach. Even though the place was packed & buzzing with morning customers, the atmosphere felt cozy instead of chaotic. Easily found a table with no wait time. The staff were absolutely friendly, knowledgeable, & very helpful. Got to interact with one of the managers, Ali. She was very informative and quite a delight to talk to. The food was excellent. I had one of their breakfast sandwiches that came with a salad which I totally love. Sets them apart from any other breakfast places. Also had one of their pastries.. I forgot the name but it had mango in it. Of course, it was delicious & the best thing about it - not at all sugarly sweet. That’s how I can tell when pastries are done well.. meant to satisfy your sweet cravings without tasting a whole pound of sugar in it. They offer quite a variety of sweet delights. All tasty looking & fresh. Glad my husband & I finally got to go to this new location - absolutely did...
Read moreA very nice French Cafe. The food is fresh and very well prepared, the four rating on food was due to the very hard inedible crust on the baguette sandwich. The salmon inside the sandwich was very good. The croissant sandwich my wife had was much more palatable, and the chicken salad was very good. Also, if you look at their menu on line or in the Cafe, they do not have soup listed although they serve three including the French Onion i was looking for. Finally saw a small chalkboard on the wall that listed the soups, after I ordered...Salads are large and very well prepared, and sandwiches come with a small lettuce/spinach salad. Waitstaff were friendly and helpful, seating was tight but manageable, with outside seating available. Noise level was high but lunch crowds can be that way. We have been here several times and will go back for...
