Louisiana Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I usually love this place....but tonight my fish was not fresh...it was brown in the inside and looked and tasted like it was refried. The cole slaw wasn't even good and its usually good. I called to let them know....didnt want ANYTHING replaced or money back...jusy wanted to let them know and was treated like i was lieing about it and brushed off the phone. Their lost....i can spend my money else where. I own my own business and i value my clients opinion....i thought that they would too....but....oh well....

I cant believe i was just confronted by one of the guys that works or owns the place about posting the above review...he actually came out the back door and confronted me....asking me if im sure i want to place the order that i placed because i put a bad review on them. I've been back since i posted the above review....he said i should've called and told them first....but i did....my review states it. They were rude and acted as if i was lieing..like i wanted something for free. I gave them another try because they are normally good.....but after tonight i won't be going back. I've NEVER had ANYBODY come out and confront me about posting a review about my experience with their business. It was really scary. I own a business and i strive to satisfy my clients...and if any of them are displeased with my service or product....Im gonna fix the problem.....period point blank....but i guess thats just me. I'm really disappointed because they are usually nice and the food was always good....but so is alot of other places. No pressure...

If I could give 0 stars I would. iI normally never have a bad experience with them. I come here all the time to get food, however the last time I went there the service was terrible. I spent 9.18, I gave the cashier $50 not thinking to check my change because I never have a problem with that. Before pulling off however I checked my change and realized the cashier only gave me $16.87. Shorted me $25! I called and advised of the situation was told to come back so I went back, had me just sitting waiting took the receipt my name and number down never called me back as they advised. So I called them myself was told oh we’re going to call you back AGAIN never received a call back. never received the proper change back the situation was never handled and it left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. i’ve never had any previous issues with this place always loved to come here and get their food my grandchild and daughter love them. However at this point I am not a satisfied customer. I shouldn’t have to worry about someone taking my money when i’m trying to pay for my food. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to...

Im shocked … CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE … I went to the restaurant orders a kids meal wing with EXTRA EXTRA SEASONING and this what I got every one know the seasoning makes the food good lol… so I call soon as I opened my food the man who always works told me no worries he remember who I was in the white Chrysler when I come back he will replace it. I go back he not there the owner is there and I told him what happened and he says that does not make sense why would I give you another order because you have no seasoning I stated because I asked for extra and I wasn’t able to eat the chicken plain and I was told I would! The owner says there’s no logic to it and I’m not giving you another kids chicken… so I decided not to get my food I order plus the food I should have got replaced it’s not even full as normal… I haven’t been in a month and I use to eat here once a week but I’ll take my business somewhere else. First time I experienced this with them…and the fries weren’t fresh at all I only...
