Update, 6/01/24: I completely understand that went online orders come in you have to make them... However.... A little customer service would go a long way.
A simple "I'll be with you in just a moment" it's such a little thing to do but make such a huge difference... Instead... I'm standing there... No acknowledgment whatsoever as if I'm invisible... And I just slowly walk out after standing there for a while. Not even then did I get an acknowledgment or anything. I'm guessing the workers here are not taught that customer service is key... And a simple acknowledgment goes a long way. Smh.

So I arrived at 8:00 p.m. sharp on December 1st 2023, There is a sign on the door that says "will return" at 8:03 p.m. at 10 minutes past 8:00 someone finally comes to the door and asks are you waiting for me... Which I responded yes... He then asked me " do you have a pickup " I said no I do not... He then replied " well I'm on break and it's only me here".. so as I'm leaving he finally changes the " will return " sign to 8:32 p.m.... I'll just go down to the road to the other one that is more than likely ready to take my order and actually serve a customer... I fully understand taking your break... But if that was the case then just have the correct time on the "will return" sign that you put up... That is not too...
Read moreI went in to order and there was a woman ahead of me for a big order. He was just putting the last ingredients on the sandwich. The employee, Jeremy, was just trudging along with no urgency. He actually at one point walked to the back for about 2 minutes and came back with nothing in his hands. (Me originally thinking that he was getting replacement goods for the front counter) the line was about 5 people deep and another young woman walked in and asked if her mobile order was ready. He rudely responded and said that the mobile order was not here and you need to go. She tried ask where it could’ve gone and he responded with another place and then said bye and stopped talking to her. When I finally had my sandwich made he went to the register and typed with the gloves he used to make the sandwich and then left to go back and make the next persons sandwich WITH THE SAME GLOVES HE USED TO TOUCH THE DIRTY SCREEN. That is very unhealthy and unsanitary. After he set up the payment for the card he left to help others and did not say anything else to me.
All in all it took 25 min for me to get my sandwich, and Jeremy was the only worker and was moving like molasses. So if you go in and there’s a line of more than 2 l, just know you’ll be waiting for quite some time if...
Read moreSome of the employees are not properly trained to make certain food items. I ordered the southwest Chipotle steak wrap and I had about 3 different people working on my wrap. I ended up pretty much, with a vegetable wrap. The girl insisted that they are only supposed to use the amount of meat that would go on a 6-inch sub. Which she didn't even do that! I ended up spending $13 for nothing (Also got my daughter a meal)! I knew that wasn't right because I have gotten that same wrap several times from that location as well as other locations. When I got home I pulled up a Subway training video on how to make the wraps and sure enough, I was right (the amount of a foot long). I contacted management to try to inform them via email. The owner emailed me back and told me to contact the manager. By that point I was over that location. I made the initial contact and I don't expect to have to do much more to get proper service. Needless to say I have not and will not return to that location, EVER. The one on University near Town & Country is 100% better. So I thank the employees for giving me attitude and bad service because they have led me to a much better location that appreciates...
