If I could give a zero for service, I would. I'm not sure if they are under new management or not, but in the past, service has been speedy and excellent. Our experience tonight, however, has caused us to vow never to return to this location. We placed an order at 6:39 that was promised for delivery by 7:24. Having not received the delivery, at 7:59 we called and Kaneisha (not sure if the spelling is correct) told us that the driver left for drop off at 7:31. Our house is less than four minutes from this location. By 8:10, I had called to speak with a manager, was placed on hold, after 16 minutes on hold we decided to drive to the location for a refund. The manager, Aaron, finally picked up after 20 minutes on hold - with no apologies for my wait time. I told him I would be walking in to his location in 10 seconds (we had already parked at that time) to speak with him and he said ok. Aaron was at the front helping someone else, saw me walk in, and when he was finished with that customer went to the back area (about 8 feet away) - never to return to the front to speak with me. When I was finally helped by Jessica (two other customers were in front of me getting refunds/remakes of their incorrect/never delivered orders), it was 8:40 (still no delivery for the pizza - as someone was waiting at home) and I told her I would like to cancel my order with a full refund. When she pulled up our order she advised me that it has already been voided - and asked if someone already called asking for a return. I assured her that no one did. She pulled up the reason and advised me that the driver returned and told them that he came to our house and we changed our minds. I again assured her that NO ONE came to my house, no one refused the order, and no one canceled it. Her responses were as if she did not believe me. She repeatedly mentioned that someone at our house told the driver we no longer wanted the food, until finally I received my "void" proof and I left the location. Meanwhile, the entire time I was in the store, the manager, Aaron was within earshot and eyesight distance and never attempted to resolve or apologize for our troubles. Read moreOrdered our food at 10:01 PM 06/28/2020 didn’t get it until 11:45 PM and that’s only because I went to look for it myself. Called at 11:10 PM for an order update since the online tracker was not showing any progress at all. Someone answered the phone and left it to where I could hear the manager Andrew talk on the phone with his significant other about how much they love and wanted each other. I pulled up to Pizza Hut since it’s down the street to get my food since I literally had no idea where it was. They tell me the driver is at the address. They offered store credit for the inconvenience. I spoke to the driver he said he would turn around and deliver it, 20 minutes pass by and still no delivery so I go to Pizza Hut again. I am ignored as I wait at the carry out window. I call while at the window and see Andrew pick it up and leave it to where I can hear his and his significant other’s conversation AGAIN. He walks passed the carry out window deliberately not trying to make eye contact with the window. I pull up to the front of the store and my boyfriend gets out to speak to an employee that was outside. The employee gets our order that was in the store. I ask to speak to Andrew again and ask for the regional manager basically the number to whomever was his supervisor. He proceeds to tell me that he cannot give me that information and I tell him that I have gotten it before and he quickly went inside to get it. This store also has frauds as drivers. Read moreI placed an order at 11PM, it was supposed to be here at 11:30, it's now 12AM, the store is closed no one is answering their phone, they charged my card, placed the order and left me hanging all night, they didnt even call to tell me they were't able to complete my order or anything, they literally just left me hanging for an hour and now its too late for me to order anything, im going to bed hungry now because pizza hut is incompetent. I will not be eating here ever again, and i will be demanding a full and complete refund of all tips, including that to the driver that never delivered my food.
2 hours... it took them nearly 2 flippin hours to deliver a single pizza.... i live 5 min down the road. 12:45, and im JUST sitting down to eat my pizza, the order was placed officially at... 11:05... an hour and 40 minutes it took for my food to be delivered, and no one was answering....
