I would like to make a report on Ms Sharon the night manager that works at the the us1 McDonald's here in Jacksonville Fl 32209 both lines were super long I had then already set in the line for 45 minutes before I got to speak set there for another 30 minutes kno one never camed to window to take my order so I went to first window to see if someone was at the window to put my order in after waiting for so long I went to the window were you pay for ur food the young lady camed to the window after me blowing my horn serve times and knocking on the window server times before I got anyone attention the young said they were short handed and apologized to me for the short staff and I told her I understood so I asked if if she can finally take my order after waiting for past an hour and minutes so the young lady asked her night manager Ms Sharon distecptful rude unkind manger if she can take my order ms Sharon said no I was like really I waited all this time to order 2 be told I could not was very wrong of the manager Ms Sharon this took place at 11:44pm when I got to second window at the McDonald's drive through window mine u I was already in the line for 45 minutes before I got to speaker which took another 30 minutes not to still have not got my order in I was very disappointed with us1 McDonald's I always go. there and buy food becaus I love you guys food just hurt this happen to me when I am a loyal customer I really wanna report this to cooperate this happened Tuesday night dec 19th at 11:44pm in before please take action in...
Read moreDecided to get a mcdouble at midnight, so I knew it was going to be a little slower than normal. Drove up to the second drive thru lane, waited about 30 seconds and received no greeting. I then say "hello" and the employee said one moment. Ok cool. In the mean time a SUV had drove up in the first drive thru lane. I then noticed after about 3 minutes that vehicle was placing their order even though I was first .No biggie, we arrived kind of close, so maybe the employees inside got us confused. So they drive away and I'm patiently waiting. A truck then pulls up the the first drive thru lane, after about a minute they are placing THEIR order. I then started saying hello multiple times without a response. So at this point, I'm tired of waiting and drive around to the window. After about 7 minutes I'm there. I inform them that my order wasn't placed bc no one was answering my lane . The employee took my order (no apology) and I get my food in about 2 minutes. The employee handed me my food, then before he completely closed the window he says to his team member that "she's lying, she skipped all these people". This entire time I've been so patient and understanding without the slightest bit of attitude, bc I've been there. But to call me a liar and not even be smart enough to close the window entirely is too much. When I go to McDonald's I don't expect chick-fil-a service but geez I don't expect someone to insult someone within earshot. You guys need to work on customer service skills...
Read moreProbably the worst experience I've ever had with a McDonald's in my life. I ordered for myself and a co-worker on our lunch break. The first problem was that we waited in the store for a good 15-20 minutes just to get the food. When we got to the car I realized the order was wrong and the food was barely warm. So I go back inside to get my 3 double cheeseburgers instead of the cold singles that were in our bag. When I get to the counter another two customers are complaining about their meals. Both customers ordered fish sandwiches and received cold fish on stale bread. The manager seems not to care and doesn't resolve the issue right away. 5 minutes go by, the customers are still waiting and complaining. Then I ask the woman at the counter if she can fix my order, she completely ignores me and takes the next customer and also attends the drive-through. 10 minutes go by and all three of us with our incorrect orders are still waiting for our orders to be fixed. Then 15 minutes. Finally I just leave realizing that I'm spending my lunch break waiting for a response from employees who clearly don't care and also that three of my colleagues are waiting for me in the car. I couldn't get a single person to help me get what I paid for in the span of almost an hour. That is seriously not okay for any restaurant. Even if it is a McDonald's. I ended up leaving and eating what they gave me, but I won't be going back to...
