Only giving 2 stars because some of the employees are friendly and well intentioned, but this is seriously the worst McDonald's I've been to. Just sat in the drive thru upwards of 20 minutes for two burgers. Microphone was either broken or the cashier was asleep at the wheel. Finally rolled around to the first window to place an order. The manager, Lisa, I believe, said "I'm sorry about that" and took my order, which I had to pay full price for after already waiting roughly 10 minutes just to place the order. Another 10-15 minutes at the second window and I'm handed two cold, extremely sloppy McDoubles- cheese ain't melted, meat's Cold, not even warm, ketchup slathered all over the inside of both wrappers. If I had paid more than 5 bucks I'd be in there getting a refund for this bull. I have worked at McDonald's. At the location I worked at, we were understaffed too. We had bad wait times in our drive through too. It happens. I get it. But this is the type of experience I get almost every time I decide, like a clown, to stop here thinking it'll be a quick and convenient bite on my way home. I never come for breakfast anymore, the wait time in the drive thru has made me late for work even when I factor in an extra 20 minutes. If the manager is reading this, girl, you need to step it up. Read moreI ordered my food about 30 dollars worth around 3 first I just wanna say my large fry was a medium secondly, I ordered a Sprite, and received a carbonated water now when I went back and told them they gave me a carbonated water. They said oh yeah, we know know our sprite is out so if you know this, why on earth didn’t you give me different drink right away also, I ordered two sandwiches. One was a double patty. One was a triple both of them were short on meat so my double was a single and my triple was a double and they don’t answer the phone I called 4 times but I can’t even contact them so now I have to go bac and now let’s go to the fact that my mango smoothie taste like coffee, so I just makes me wonder if they rinsed out there blender . And if they don’t rinse out their blender, what other things are they keeping clean and not keeping clean between every use between every single customer when I guarantee they probably get 100 customers in an hour and they aren’t even properly cleaning.Plus the place stinks. Yes, I am beyond upset. They severely lack customer service and honestly, the entire establishment should be fired and brought in a new people because not a single person here knows customer service or what they are doing . Read moreOne star for the food that was ready. The rest a huge negative. I waited 15 minutes at the window with no one in front of me or in the store at around 9pm. The staff never came to the window to say anything just laughed and chit chatted inside. I ordered regular cheeseburgers, 2 mcdoubles and some small fries. A fry was missed and I have 4 kids to feed so I went in to get the fry. I asked the lady in a blue shirt if I could have a large fry for the long wait and it being missed. She turned around and asked a manager I suppose, short heavy lady in a white shirt, said nothing to me and they all dispersed. So after I noticed no one helping me I said excuse me is someone going to get my fry and she turned around with an attitude rolling her neck and said "you wanna warm fry right, you need to wait" well excuse me maybe someone should have told me. She continued to give me attitude while all of the staff smiled and giggled. True representation of terrible customer service and supervision. These employees are a disgrace accept for the gal taking orders. They should go to chick fila and get a lesson on hospitality because they all lack. I blame the management because it starts from the top. I've worked been a manager in hospitality for 10 years and never have I seen this before. I never rate fast food places but today I am.
