why do I keep given them chances? They can't even get the simplest items rights lunch time. Hamburger no onions, ok let's make a burger with two tops and soak with ketchup and mustard, maybe throw a handful of pickles on it for good measure. another episode... Went yesterday during lunch time. Fries were over done, nuggets were ok and the hamburger... Only half a piece meat. Someone literally made this burger and thought it was good to sellUpdate. Still horrible. They ripped down the stinky building but the service still stinks. Ordered a diet Coke, got regular Coke. When I asked the (obviously poorly trained employee) is this diet I got "uhm, like I think so"... Seriously?? Then I'm told "I'm not sure what the kitchen is doing, I hope they're making your food" when I asked to recap my special order (bacon and cheese on a English muffin. Still horrid Worst McDonald's in Mandarin! I don't get how the owner let's this poor service continue. Food is always old, cold and wrong. They re-fry the fries to warm them up, or at least that it's how it seems. This is nasty! Their employees appear to not care and are rude. They should take a page from Chik Fil A. Decided to give them another try yesterday. Big mistake... Hit drive thru at 10:55am and took a minute to get someone on the speaker. When she did answer it was "what's your order", no welcome or anything. On top of that when I asked if they were still on breakfast or lunch I was told "breakfast" and lunch would be 5 minutes. The store was dead, empty parking lot and drive thru. From what I understand lunch is supposed to begin at 10:30 Monday through Saturday. Another fail... If I could I would give them 0 stars! This place is horrible compared to other chains and bad even when compared to other McDonald's stores. **Last and final straw went today and ordered two meals for lunch. Got a Coke and Diet Coke to go with them. Got to the window and the lady hands me two drinks, one Coke and the other.. well let's say brown water. I asked what it was and I'm told "we out of diet"... Again I asked "what's in MY cup?"... I'm told "machine made it, what's else you want?"... My God man, tell me you're out of diet, apologize and offer something else. Good thing I checked the cup before I left. The lady knew exactly what happened and that she handed me water with some residual syrup. Bad form guys! I called the local Corp office and offered my feedback. Today was my last visit to this store. **Went to see if my feedback made a difference, nope! I posted pics of my food. Waited 30+ minutes for cold dried out fries, nasty burger WITH the onions I asked them to leave off (and the receipt says as well.) This isn't owned by DCCLEE anymore, new owner either doesn't care or has no idea how to run...
Read moreLet me start by saying I have a lot of 'patience' & 'understanding', so I rarely will take the time & energy to write a bad or poor review. I placed order in Drive Thru, I asked the Employee taking the order, if they had the "Peach Smoothie", she said "Yes!". (which btw, I've been wanting to try the new menu item, but its never available) I ordered 2 Peach smoothies. Then, I asked if the Fries were Fresh and Hot, she said "Yes, Our Fries are always Fresh & Hot!" So with a smile,😊 I ordered a lrg order of Fries, as well. I pulled up to the 1st Window, where you normally pay, no one is there to take my money, so I assumed that you pay at the 2nd window, where you get your food.
No one at the 2nd window initially. Then older McD's Employee informs me that there's no Peach smoothie, so I changed my order to get 2 Mango/Pineapple Smoothies. After a very long +10-15 minute wait, she brings 2 Strawberry Banana Smoothies. 😠😫🙃 My daughter hates Strawberry Banana, I told her we don't have time to wait any longer, were going to be late for her Orientation, (btw were she will be working at another McD's location) I said, "Just drink it!" Still waiting.... for our Fresh & Hot Fries.... My daughter is still disappointed that she didn't get the Peach Smoothie, that they said that they had available 'Before' we placed our order. My daughter was going to get out of the SUV and offer it/give it away to Some stranger walking into McD's. 😑🤔 Still waiting... The McD's Employee brought the Fries and handed the bag and said that she gave us a Lrg order of Fries for our trouble. 🤔 "Hmm, okay?", I took the bag and thought to myself, I ordered Lrg. Fries since you said that the Fries were Fresh & Hot?!?
I drove away and told my daughter that, "I am glad that you are not working at that location! That's a perfect example of how an McD's Employee should NOT be, please don't ever do what she just did to us!" I assume that there was something not quite going right on that shift, since no employee was covering the window, where you pay for your order. But to lie, and say that the Peach Smoothie was available before I placed my order then to say that it is not and I change it to a Mango/Pineapple Smoothie, then serve us a Strawberry Banana Smoothie. I hope that this Was not a case of the Employee being too lazy to prepare a Peach or Mango Smoothie?!?! Is unexcuseable & very poor...

I had the unfortunate experience at the other locations earlier this month. I have been to McDonald's all over the USA in several State's. These 2 locations have to be the worst I have visited. If you happen to be in the San Jose area? Avoid these 2 locations. If you can help it. We ordered our food. The drive thru cashier was being vague with our order. We ordered 3 double quarter meals, 2 special order, one regular, a happy meal, assorted drinks and a cheeseburger special order. This special employee just made this situation worse than it should have been. If you don't have quarter meat and you run out? Maybe tell the customer before you edit their order without permission. I received 2 meal's. Was charged for two double quarter meal's. I received one double quarter meal. The level of incompetence, lack of professionalism, and deliberate dishonesty; demonstrated by these broken employees? Is astronomical and truly, disturbing. A message to your employees. If you don't want to work? If you truly don't care? Why even show up? Why are you there? You don't want this job. You must not need the money? Because if you continue on this path? These locations will have no choice, but to close. Then? You won't have a job. No money coming in You're going to ruin. You are ruining your employer's business. I have never witnessed such carelessness in a business. If you keep ripping your customers off? No one is going to be going to your establishment. At those who know better. I understand that you can't control food stock shortages in these trying times. But be honest. Tell your customers. Be upfront about product availability. Stop over charging your customers for your lack of product...
