This McDonald's has changed management several times since I reviewed it last. And while alot of things have remained pretty decent. I unfortunately must say that several critical things are seriously lacking and need to be addressed immediately. The major thing is cleanliness. Several times now over approximately a four month span, I've gone in here to tables and floors not cleaned. Also, the drink area was so alarmingly dirty I declined a drink if any kind. Today's visit was a drive thru , but I then came back to go to the ladies room. I'm slightly disabled and need to use that bathroom. . . . ughhhhh!!!! Someone needs to be really ashamed that they left a bathroom like that and management needs to be to held accountable for that, for it to be in such a gross and disgusting condition it's unforgivable. I was in a tight so I had no choice but to clean it up first. Then scrubbed my hands and arms. Even after that I still couldn't bring myself to sit on it. They don't have seat covers or paper towels. My upset is this is not the first time it's been that way. This is just the worst! I've on two occasions in the last three to five months told and employee and the same manager that was there today. And even as I went in the store, I could see crumbs on the floor and on several tables. At the time I came in and left there was less than four people in there. Prime time for some one to be cleaning and clearing. So all of this to say buyers beware. If they will keep their bathrooms in that condition how is the kitchen? Read moreI always have the worst experience when i come to this McDonald’s. They make you wait so long. The people are rude.. I ordered 3 strawberry pies with my order .. i got home and took a bite and the filling inside was all dried up and and the cream part was like a brown color ,.. when i looked at the boxes, i noticed the sticker on it said 9:30am.... MIND YOU, ITS 6:30pm when i brought my food... so i get back and the manager is like, they just gave you the wrong ones, that’s it. And I’m like wrong ones, my foot. WHY ARE THEY NOT IN WASTE... WHY ARE THEY NEXT TO THE NEW FOOD... so she gives me three new pies and the crust are hard as ever ... so i ask her to make me 3 new ones ... So while i wait, there is a Male employee with a white long sleeve shirt on... i couldn’t get his name in time, but i asked him for a cup of water while i wait and he goes, oh well I’m not on the clock and kept staring at me while i was waiting for my pies...my first question to myself is, well why are you in the front of the registers if you are not on the clock... i decided to not make a big scene and just write this review. This being the closest McDonald’s to where i live, it’s really annoying that the people here are not even the least worried about the lack of customer service or food safety...

When I asked a manager to pull the camera. She stated theres no way to pull the cameras. Now this makes me feel even more unsafe if a crime was to take place. Mcdonalds doesn't have a way to capture video or protect its customers which is really sad with all the revenue occured. The Manager Glenn made it seem as if it was my fault and humiliated me in front of other customers. No apologies were given. Coach your employees on how to emphasize with the customer and to not argue with a customer in front of the customers. This is the number one reason why Businesses don't last long in this community due to the communication skills the managers (employee) and team members lack. I will likely never visit a McDonalds again and will continue to cook and eat healthy at home. Mcdonalds will never get my donations or money for Ronald McDonald from my company again due to most of the unhappy employees who represents the face of your company who not only dont care about Mcdonalds but building customer service skills and rapport with the customers to transmit through...
