We order from this store a lot. One of the last times I ordered there was an issue with our chicken wings, and I was told that it was no problem at all just to call in the next time I wanted to place an order and they would fix it for me. Well, the manager Carol said there was no record of that and wasn’t interested in helping me whatsoever. When I began to get stressed out about the situation and explain to Carol that I wouldn’t want to order from the store anymore, if the issue was not resolved, she told me good and then hung up on me while I was in the middle of asking if they could cancel my current order. When I originally had the issue with my order, nobody said I needed to call the gm first they said all I would need to do was call in and ask for the chicken wings. I already placed my order for the night and I assumed this would be no issue I am beyond shocked at Carols lack of professionalism. I’d also like to add that I tried to call back after she hung up on me to gather the GM name and when they would be in but my call was never answered. Apparently if you ask for something you were promised they will screen your phone and not answer your call. Read moreTonight I called and ordered 3 papadias. The guy I spoke with on the phone was decent. I was charged twice on my card, so I called back. A woman answered the phone, I explained my situation with the double charge. She proceeded to tell me that basically that was not true. On top of that, I was sitting there looking at my bank account and there was two charges definitely taken out. She was very rude on top of everything I was trying to explain. I told her I will call back tomorrow if the charge is still on my account. She told me I was able to call tomorrow and talk with the GM.Then I asked her name, which she would not give me, then hung up the phone!! I called back I was on hold forever. Assuming that she knew it was me not wanting to answer. When she did finally answer, I again asked her name and she said it was her own prerogative basically, and she would not give me her name. That I would have to come in tomorrow again and speak with the GM! I have been in customer service and hospitality business for over twenty years. It is totally rude and unacceptable for somebody to treat a to customer that way. I have looked online and read many reviews and I guarantee you that the women they are talking about is the same lady that I have been reading about. Nasty! Just a warning about this...

The self proclaimed manager, head cook, and papa john spokesperson told me she'd rather loose our business, $100 a month or more- over a .65 cent butter sauce. After my encounter with this location, corporate told me when I called butter garlic sauce is standard with every pizza.
I've ordered papa's for 20 years. Never have I not gotten butter garlic and peppers with my order no matter the crust: until I ordered from this location. Finally after 4 orders from this location I inquired, Brandy made me feel like a low life for thinking I deserved butter sauce. Nasty nasty person.
