Roots & Fruits Juicery — Restaurant in Jacksonville

In my opinion and experience, Ruits & Fruits practices deceptive subscriptions and deceptive billing, so stay away. Do not have a problem with the quality of the product -- the juice is good. After signing us up for over $1000 of juice and juice shot subscription, they closed their Julington Creek store. If I knew they were going to close their store, I would have NEVER signed up. Driving 45 minutes across Jax in traffic for juice is not reasonable. Roots & Fruits policy is -- too bad, all sales are final. Ask, do you want to do business with a company like that? What do you think is going to happen to your month juice cleanse subscription when they close their University store?? I should have known this would be a problem. When I signed up, I upgraded a subscription to include juice shots and added an additional month. The clerk was confused, had to calculate this upgrade multiple times, and even had to call his manager for help. After producing four or five different sets of numbers I really didn't know if they were charging me correctly. I should have known and run away at that time; however, I made the bad decision to trust them. My advice -- DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANY MONTH CLEANSE SUBSCRIPTIONS. Everything about this place is simply excellent from the staff, to their presentation and their knowledge about their products. I walked in thinking I’d grab a juice after my workout, but I’ve gained so much more. I did my first 5 day juice cleanse with them and felt amazing. The juices are super tasty and you never feel hungry. As special treat that I was introduced to is their almond milk blend. Omg, it’s like a natural healthy desert in a bottle, and I’m not a milk fan, but this has converted me. I can honestly say that the staff really puts a lot of thought into putting these blends together to really give you the benefits and results that you want and need from juicing. I went to this place last week on Saturday and have been going pretty steadily however my last experience made me feel jaded. I was looking to purchase the juice cleanse and there was only one person working and he said he was going to come back after the smoothies which was perfectly fine. I was hesitant to buy the juice cleanses since there are so many contradicting claims in the market place that they don't work. To keep things short the sales said the commitment was like a car and was kind of hitting that I wasn't committed to myself; please keep in mind this is the first time I have met this individual.
