Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Jacksonville

An order was made Friday, tried to change it to no mushrooms and the person there, not only did he not listen to the concern but also seemed like he did not want to give me my $$$ back when I said I'm canceling the food order either. Rude as hell, he told me I'd have to dispute that with my bank. Really? Sooo he either didn't want to void the transaction and give me my refund, or there's some jacked up policy on voids, and I hope there's consequences for this. God, I hope there will be!! This location has been known for garbage customer service for a hot min now, and frankly if ppl like dude and other ppl that work there wanna act like they don't want to and do their jobs right, shut the mf down...I said it!! See how long that'll last with the high cost of living down here....dude with the jacked up azz attitude will have a whole other reason to be that way if he's with the...

At approximately 4pm today, I ordered (on line) 5 pizzas for 6:15pm to be delivered to my American Legion because I had volunteers stuffing Easter eggs for our upcoming egg hunt. At a few minutes after 6pm, I got a text message that said our pizzas would be delivered at 6:15.

At 6:15pm, I got another text that said my pizza delivery was either canceled or modified and to call Little Caesars directly.

I was a bit busy with my volunteers, and saw the text at 6:30pm. So I called... it rang and rang and rang until disconnected. Called back again and again. No one ever answered the phone.

I never received my pizzas. No texts, no phone call, no email (except it was canceled or modified) Never could get in touch with them!

I can't trust this place! If there was an issue and they had HOURS to call me, why...

Place order on line had to jump threw hoops, but get to store 2 pic up food no one even looked at me for 8 minutes no one asked if I needed help I spoke up said I'm picking up a order and gave name ,young man behind counter said what your order is, I told him ordered online and gave name again he asked what kinds of pizza I order I told him he went and got a pizza threw on the counter I said I had bread also again what bread you order, I asked can't you use my name and get my order and finally another employee came out to help me. Got my order and left. I get home and go eat my warm pizza 🍕it wasn't cooked very soft dough O yeah they didn't slice it. Isn't that great.
