Ive been to this restaurant multiple time and every single time there was a problem with my order. Im a black indigenous woman so not sure if they are prejudiced or trying to reserve food. I come to pick up my order and they have more than enough time to fix it, its never ready when i arrive as if they wait to see who’s picking up the order to serve what they feel we should have. I ordered a to-go large queso as you can see in the picture and Spanish rice and the cup is never fill up. He stated thats all they can give. I had hair in my food before and had to return to the restaurant for a new order. They forgot my salsa, and times i do get salsa its a small container. I recommend that if you are black dont even bother or if you plan on ordering from them please check your food before leaving because you wont get what you pay for.

We went on a Tuesday night around 6p. I read previous reviews and now I will explain the $10 margarita... they are expensive because you are getting top shelf tequilas from Mexico....silver and Blanco tequilas are cheaper, they're usually the house margarita...I'm sending a pic of the margarita I had.. the Texas Margarita with Milagros Repasado...jumbo size...Repasados and Anejos are higher end tequilas and well worth the Xtra money🙂mine tasted like it had a double shot and I did not need another drink after that one 😁...I'm not a lightweight 😁 I had taquitos chicken and beef....yummmmmmmmmmmm..my husband had the steak quesadilla and we will be back..our waitress Tia was on point and an excellent server! Loved it! We've been to all of Salsa's in Jacksonville and Orange park, Marietta location is now our favorite spot!

terrible! This is a picture of the guacamole I ordered. I called about getting a refund. I was told that I had to come in because they cannot issue a refund without physically needing the card. They lied and did not need the card and could have issued the refund without asking for the card and had to drive across town for something they could have done without me coming in. They never apologized not one time for the issue and were very dismissive

Overall experience was okay, it could have definitely been better if I wasn't charged nearly $45 for 2 of their smallest dishes priced at $12 and $14 with 2x drinks. My explanation for my rating can be found below.

star: good food. My food came out hot and fresh. star: lack of attention to customer concerns. star: 8$ for a large queso to go with my chips. star: didn't explain the different prices for different size queso. star: didn't change the price once I confronted them about the overcharged sauce.

Summary: My wife can't have traditional salsa, so she orders queso instead at every mexican resturant we go to. The waiter didn't explain that there are 2 different sizes of queso. He simply gave us a large queso and charged us for a large. If I knew there was a small they we would have ordered a small. When I confronted the waiter of the issue, she simply said that it is the price for a large queso and didn't do anything about it.

I will not be going back to this salsas because they are kinda shady. Pay attention to your bills when...

Last night, I was part of a group of 26 from my church. The food was great, my entree being the chicken mole. Some of my friends had fajitas, which this place has a wide variety of, and enchiladas, taco salads, among many other things. They give out free chips and salsa, and ask if you want queso or guacamole, and I asked for guacamole, not knowing that they were going to charge $4.75 for it. They did take it off when I appealed to the manager. With a group as large as ours, the dishes didn't come out at the same time, and some people were about finished when others were coming out. Also, two servers were assigned to us, and therefore our drinks weren't kept up, with people sitting with empty glasses. Now about tipping. They added a 17.5% tip to each check. If you are in a group of 8 or more, this is done. All in all, delicious food, high prices for high quality, and...
