I went on the subway app today and placed an order for 7 foot long subs. Picked them up and brought them home. There were 2 that I had selected the avocado to add, 3 had added bacon, and one was double meat and double cheese.
The ones with the “added bacon” had maybe 1-2 slivers of bacon, which I paid an extra $1.50 each sub for (they were all foot long subs)
The ones with “avocado” selected, that I also paid $1.50 each sub for, had guacamole instead. Both options were on the app, we didn’t select guacamole, we selected avocado.
The steak and cheese was supposed to be double meat and double cheese, which I paid an extra $2.50 for.
When I called this location, the manager (or whomever it was) basically said I was lying about it, saying he would check on it and call me back. He called me back and told me he went through the video tapes and shows that bacon was put on the subs, and that it’s not his fault that the options for both were on there but he only has guacamole and it’s not his problem. But he did see that they didn’t add the double meat and cheese.
He then proceeded to tell me that it was “only $2.50 for the meat and cheese not added”. When I asked him if he was going to refund my money or remake the sub, he repeated that it was only $2.50. It was as if he wanted me to write it off and move on. I told him it’s my money and I paid for the extra, so I either wanted the subs remade or a refund for what wasn’t added. He said he wasn’t going to do anything about the bacon or guacamole, but he would give me the $2.50 back because he wasn’t going to remake a sub or anything else.
I’m really upset about the way this was handled. I know it doesn’t sound like much, but when I make an order, I expect it to be right, or fixed. He didn’t seem to want to do either until I insisted that he do something. So instead of fully enjoying our lunch, I got to deal with a super greedy franchise owner and him skimping on the subs he makes. The fact that none of the subs looked full of the veggies and meat asked for, it was barely enough to cover the bread. I am disappointed in this Subway location to say the least, and will not be going back to that one even if it is the closest one to me!!!
If you order from there, check your subs before you leave... the pic here is the “steak and cheese, double meat and cheese,...
Read moreHorrible business owners. I was parked and the owner aggressively approached my car stating I couldn’t park in the empty parking lot behind my job. Never seen the parking lot full. She called my job threatening to tow my car. She didn’t ask nicely at all, just a lot of yelling.
What makes it offensive is I’m a paying customer as well. I spend my money at that is location for my lunch as well as my co workers. She is known for this. Once everyone got ear of what happened; multiple stories came out about their negative experiences with this same individual. For her to be so rude and disgusting over a parking space is crazy. Mind you there’s no signs stating it’s private parking or a tow away zone. I’ve never seen more than 1 car parked on the BACK side of this building. Thank you for exposing how you treat your customers. There’s more I could say about what I’ve observed pertaining this business but I’m not that type of person so instead, I just...
Read moreI want to extend my appreciation to Kenny and Tommy for their exceptional customer service. I visited the location to pick up my order, and though my subs weren’t ready immediately (which I didn’t mind), Tommy took the time to explain why. He mentioned that Kenny was ensuring quality by personally sourcing fresh lettuce from a nearby store, as the product they had been supplied with did not meet their standards. This extra effort truly aligns with Subway’s “Eat Fresh” promise. Such dedication to quality and customer satisfaction is rare and deserves recognition. Thank you,...
