Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I places my order and I asked 3 times for a drink carrier for my for drinks which they didn’t give me so I made them go get it ! I got two unsweet teas with mango and two waters with mango. However, when I got back home, they had given me sweet tea. The people that I had gotten the unsweetened got sweet tea they’re are both diabetic so they can’t have sweet tea so they took it and threw it on me because you guys got it wrong. I go there every day I tip good I know Andrew the manager he’s amazing I don’t know what happen tonight because he’s not there Sheldon the manager is there, I called in and in and expressed my opinion to him and he said that he would take care of the order for me tomorrow cause I told him I wasn’t driving back up there after I got sweet tea all over me and I don’t appreciate that either. It’ll be the last time that I come to sonic and I’m going to tell everybody in town because I know people in high place within the city ! What a nightmare ! It was very busy but that’s no excuse if they can’t handle the business and they need to get more people! On 6/30/24 at about 11:00am, I placed an order in the playground because we were driving a large truck and trailer that couldn’t fit through the drive thru. As I walked up I was approached by a man asking to speak to me, claiming to be homeless and needing money for food since he hadn’t eaten in 3 days. He was with 2 other men sitting in the playground smoking and playing with RC cars. I declined his request and place an order for 3 items and 3 drinks. The screen at the menu wasn’t working so I walked over to the center island to wait. I watched as 7 cars entered the drive thru and left, and 3 cars that pulled in after I crossed to the center island, ordered and left. While I was waiting I asked a carhop how I could pay since the screen wasn’t working and if ice was sold by the bag at this location. She said she would check. She didn’t return. After over 25 minutes with no food or help from the carhop I told the next employee I saw that I was leaving and walked to the parking lot to the rear of the building and left. Ok , firstly , I order a chicken slinger and THEY ARE ALL OUT , how the heck do u have chicken sandwiches and not a chicken slinger which is still a chicken sandwich, That isn't the part that got this place a 2 star, only reason they get 2 is because the manager stepped in , so my son changes his order to a PLAIN chick. sandwich COMBO , They bring the food out , NO FRIES AND TO TOP IT OFF, LETTUCE TOMATOES AND MAYO WAS ON IT , When i specified PLAIN !
