Everything about this location I use to get really excited about because itās so close to my house but every single time I come and order something they manage to get my order either wrong or they do not make it correctly. Iāve had to return to this store multiple times after leaving because it was that terrible. And for the price I pay I wouldnāt expect it to be this bad. For example, today my husband ordered a grande pumpkin cream chai tea latte for me l, I was even on the phone and heard the barista repeat it back yet they gave him just a normal chai tea latte and it taste like they put like 2 extra pumps of chai in there it is so strong I have to add more milk. But this has been a consistent issue here where they seem very careless. Iāve walked into the store as well just so I can make sure my drink is made correctly without me going back through the drive through and they are just constantly complaining about how they are already ready to leave, why did they even show up to work today, and just making negative comments to each other. I call spoke with a manager; said her name was Alley. Alley was extremely rude to me when i was explaining to her how my drink tasted. Alley continued to argue with me and when I said I just want my money back, she told me all they can do was remake it. I told her i was heading home on 24 to morehead city where I reside. Alley told me i had to come back up there the next day, or I wouldn't be able to get it remade. I was off that weekend and it a long drive to jacksonville and I stop there only on my way to work, i explained to Alley. She told me well the other manager wouldn't be able to help me b/c she wouldn't know what I was talking about if i came up there monday morning. I thoughts they keep books on things like this. So when I came back up there the next day, I walked in and no one greeted me nor my daughter just stared. When I got my drink again it was even worse than before. It took 45 minutes to get a coffee and a bakery item as a mobile pickup today. There were 15-20 people waiting for their orders many of whom said that they had been there a long time. It took 30 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready to get my coffee and I waited an additional 10 minutes before asking about the bakery item. I was told they didnāt have enough people to get bakery items. After waiting another 10 minutes I finally went and got in my car to go through the drive thru to get my order. The girl said my food was sitting in the pile for drive thru. Not a single person apologized to any of the customers and I can assure you, no cup of coffee or pastry is worth waiting 45 minutes...
